The apartment features a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, ideal for couples or solo travellers. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, including kitchenware, a hob, an oven, a fridge and a coffee machine. Enjoy your meals at the dining table, perfect for home-cooked meals. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with all the necessary amenities, including towels, toiletries and a hairdryer. For added comfort, the apartment features a lift, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and a TV with cable channels. Enjoy a relaxing and carefree stay!

You will have full and exclusive access to the entire flat, including the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and all other areas.
The Neighborhood:
Located on Rua João das Regras, this flat enjoys a prime location in the heart of Porto. Just a short walk away is Largo da Lapa, a historic site featuring the heart of King Pedro IV. Praça da República and Trindade Metro Station are just an 8-minute walk away, providing easy access to other parts of the city. Faria Guimarães Metro Station is less than 300 metres away, providing quick connections to Porto’s entire public transport network. A short 900-metre walk takes you to the city centre, the iconic Avenida dos Aliados and the bustling Rua Santa Catarina. Explore Rua das Flores and Ribeira, where you can enjoy stunning views of the River Douro and Cais de Gaia. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find a variety of cafés, restaurants and convenience shops to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Getting Around:
To make your arrival and departure easier, we offer a transfer service upon request (price on enquiry). The apartment is strategically located with easy access to an extensive public transport network, allowing you to explore the city with ease. For those travelling by car, there is paid parking nearby. The nearest underground station is just a few minutes’ walk away, providing quick connections to the city centre and the airport. Please contact us for further details on timetables and fares.
Other Things to Note:
In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).
There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum charge of 200 euros will be applied for smoking.
Note that an unauthorized stay the check-out time, my result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).
If you lose your key, you will be charged a fee (on request). If you leave your keys inside the apartment and need our staff to open the door, there will be a charge of €40 after 7pm. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required) - cost on request.
For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit of €150 for water, electricity and the internet/television package. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest.
The tenant undertakes, whenever requested by the host, to allow a member of the host's staff to enter the property to inspect it, and monthly visits are expected for this purpose.
