The room was lovely, and the location was amazing. They set up the living room sofa bed for me so that my friend could have the bedroom; it was perfectly comfortable. The staff was great--I accidentally spilled water on my bed just as we were leaving for the day, and they came in and dried everything up before we got back. Amazing service. The staff had great suggestions for bars and restaurants too. The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped; we used the oven, coffee maker and toaster daily. I would be happy to stay there again and recommend the property to anyone.

The room was nice and clean, had everything one would need such as toaster, kettle dishes… staff were very pleasant to talk to and dealt with an minor issue promptly ( coffee pod jammed in mashine ) great communication 5 star plus for this. The hotel is close to the metro, market and shopping, the sites… what I I did not enjoy is the strong off putting perfume scent that was in our hallway. Also we woke up to bites daily during our four night stay. At first thought it could be mosquitos but then by third night we knew it had to be bed bugs. Did not see any with a quick search nor took the time to throughly look, did not want to waste precious vacation hours on this as out time was limited. I would advise to be mindful of your luggage when returning home. They only lost a star for this serious manner as we couldn’t see them all around therefore could be a newer infestation that could go unnoticed by staff at this stage. Hopefully they will take proper measures to get rid of the issue for next guests.

The staff is very helpful explaining the attractions, dinning options, how to walk around the city and avoid the construction. Good location right next to metro. Functional kitchen with premium quality appliances, washer/dryer. A little drawback was the squeaky hardwood floors.

Excellent location—close to everything, including supermarkets, metro, restaurants, and all the top tourist attractions. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and had a fully equipped kitchen with everything we needed. The front desk staff were all super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place!

Some pillow options would help the comfort but it was otherwise a great bed/bedding. The historical charm of the building was the best part and as such, it came with some plumbing issues like smells that would come and go. The large and many windows helped. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and tools.

Location right beside a grocery store and across the street from the Bolhão market paired perfectly with the full kitchen in the apartment. Ac was great despite the size of the rooms. Very walkable city from hotel, front desk service was great.

Great design and space , noise from street 5 am.

The place has great design, is well equipped, close to everything. Unfortunately it's on a busy street which means a lot of street noise starting at 5 am in the morning. Not for light sleepers. I appreciate that some people from our group got their room earlier. However, I was disappointed that, although I made the reservations and paid for everything, I had to wait over two hours longer to get my room. It really should have been the other way around.
