The apartment is in a great location next to both the Capela Des Almas (blue tiled church) and Mercado Do Bolhao (amazing indoor market). It was nice to sit by the window and watch the world go by. The apartment felt just big enough for the two of us. There was a good shower and the kitchenette was handy for making breakfast. The Youropo office is nearby and staff messaged (whatsapp) from time to time to see if we needed anything. An enjoyable stay :)

Yes, it was everything we had hoped for. Well located and appointed. Close to everything. The best part was the helpful YOUROPO staff. RITA was amazingly helpful. She is very knowledgeable and quick to respond. Her assistance made our visit so much more enjoyable. Her colleague, LUZ, was also very detailed and wonderful to work with. Thank you! This property is located in a central location. It gets busy in the area but not disruptive. The apartment is adequately furnished and comfortable. The downside is that there is no elevator so if you have a lot of luggage it can be difficult to get it upstairs. Sometimes, we heard other guests slamming doors or speaking loudly in the hallway but for the most part, it was quiet. The staff responded quickly and professionally to any questions or concerns and they immediately addressed them. The staff was always pleasant. I would recommend this property.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Capella YOUROPO apartment, and I must say, it was an experience to remember! Nestled conveniently near the bustling Bolhão Market and the stunning St. Catherine Church, adorned with its iconic blue tiles, this apartment is perfectly situated for exploring the heart of the city. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the warm and friendly staffs . They were incredibly helpful, providing us all the information we needed to make the most of our stay. The apartment itself is charming and well-appointed, making it an ideal retreat after a long day of sightseeing. However, our only critique would be the sofa. While it adds to the overall aesthetic of the space, we found it a bit uncomfortable for lounging. After a day filled with exploration and walking, a cozy sofa to sink into while sipping a glass of wine and watching television would have been the perfect way to unwind. Despite this small drawback, our stay at Capella YOUROPO was delightful, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking to experience the vibrant culture and history of the area. With its prime location, warm hospitality, and comfortable amenities, this apartment is a wonderful choice for any traveler!

Lucked out on this apartment!

Modern, clean, well laid out studio, perfectly situated in a bustling, safe neighborhood, offering all the restaurants and shops you could want. Around the corner from the Bolhao metro, which has a direct line to the airport (35 minute ride). 15-20 minute walk to Ribeira waterfront. Can be a bit noisy at night, but there are soundproof windows if you want quiet. Located on the second floor in a building with no elevator. Apartment smells a little musty, but I think that’s what you get in most older properties, even if they’re renovated. There is also the sewer smell wherever there is plumbing, but I have found this in many other European countries. Staff speaks English and bends over backwards to accommodate. Very impressive overall.

The personalized attention was awesome. Hugo was very helpful and kind and gave us very useful tips to see the city. They lent us a cell phone with internet access which made it easier to walk around Porto (this was included in the room fare). We felt at home and would definetely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Nice Apartment - But Bring Your Ear Plugs!

Nice apartment. Very comfortable bed, sitting area and small bath and kitchen. Similar to an Air B&B, this is a studio unit in an apartment building. So, no front desk, just confirm an arrival time and someone meets you there with the keys and information about the area, etc. The apartment comes with a pre-loaded phone to contact reception (several blocks away), request cl3eaning, towels and even breakfast delivery. The only real downside was that the building was rather noisy. Mainly other residents coming and going who slammed their doors and stomped loudly on the stairs (no elevator) and in the halls. i was able to block most of the noise with ear-plugs, but you definitely will need them if you don't want to be woken between 1A and 8A. I had a couple of minor issues with how things worked inside the apartment, and if was difficult to reach reception at times, but everything was taken care of quickly once I connected with someone.

Great location and Opo people.

We had a great time in Porto. Ruiz left great directions to get into the suite and then dropped by within half an hour of us checking in. He gave us maps and advice on places to see and things to do in Porto, the suite was nicely appointed, one flight up off Rua Santa Catarina, which was one of the main walking streets/malls in Porto. As well, we were provided with a cell phone for our own use which included restaurant options and other goodies around Porto was well as one hour of free international calling time. Wifi connectivity was great.The Opo Capela group was one of the most professional groups we have encountered at any hotels/inns we have been to in Europe. Too much good beer, wine, food and entertainment!
