Love our stay at the village Inn. On our departure to catch our flight, we left the laptop in the room. The staff mailed it to us very quickly, and it arrived safe and sound. We really appreciated the customer service and felt to his above and beyond.

We had a great stay! Only thing I would say about this property is it is a bit outdated and some areas were not that clean. The Internet access was very spotty and our neighbors were so loud. It was OK for a weekend stay!

There’s Mc Donald’s right across the street and a Chinese restaurant next to it. There’s restaurants down the road on each side. The beds were small but comfortable. The internet stinks around there but the hotel had internet, it was down for a little while as there was a guy working on it. I’m not sure if there’s transport access but we did see trolleys down at Walmart. Very busy area

Bed was comfortable and it was very clean. Jacuzzi and pool were a plus of course. Many places to eat near by along with the beach and brooks casino. I didn’t have much interaction with the staff but the little I did they seemed nice. If you’re looking for somewhere to just have a spot to sleep it’s perfect. I had a king bedroom it was small but did that trick. Also there was ac in the room

Using hot spa was exactly what I needed after I injured my sciatica BEFORE our stay. My husband enjoyed his nightly swims! The bed was very comfortable. We slept so well. My husband also enjoyed his early morning coffees. We will be back next year!

Smoke detector was going off, front desk gave is batteries and TOLD us to replace them. These where not 9 volt had to go back to front deskand request they do there job and address the smoke detector. Shower nozzle was sqirting water onto the wall i had to tighten the nozzle!

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your establishment. From the moment we arrived, the experience was disappointing. We observed a staff member at the front desk picking their teeth with their finger, which was unprofessional and unhygienic. Furthermore, the hotel's facilities were far below expectations. The pool appeared dirty, and the hotel itself seemed outdated. The vending machines were empty, and the rugs in our room were unsanitary. Additionally, both the sink and bathtub in our room repeatedly clogged. I was also surprised to learn about the unmentioned $75 deposit upon arrival, which was not disclosed on your website. While I appreciate the convenient location with many nearby restaurants and stores, the overall condition and service of the hotel were unacceptable. I genuinely felt like I was staying at a low-budget motel. I will not be returning to this location and strongly recommend a complete remodel and the hiring of more professional staff.

Overall it was an OK stay. The room was clean but unfortunately the tube with fill with water and toilet wasn’t working. We were relocated in another room so that was fine. Common areas and pool need a massive refresher but for the price, location and cleanliness of the rooms it is worth it. We would stay there again.
