Historic and Charming Inn

The Inn Downtown was very charming, well-appointed, clean, and extremely convenient to everything that downtown Portsmouth has to offer. The accommodation is located in a charming historic building in a great vibrant village-like town. The interior space has a mid mod vibe, and is spacious, and easy to use. Had a nice dinner, as recommended, a nice walk to the waterfront and a nice ice cream. Pretty perfect!

Great spot in downtown Portsmouth. Easy self check-in, lovely room with snacks and drinks available for purchase, and very comfortable. Easy to get to without dealing with too much Portsmouth traffic, and it’s walkable to all the things you’d want to do downtown. We will absolutely stay here again!

Property was really clean and quaint. What we really liked is that the building was converted into a modern-day inn using an apartment building format. All restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance and the town of Portsmouth is a place we will definitely visit again.
