Welcome to our Incredible waterfront retreat, a perfect place to create lasting memories on the shore of the Sakonnet River.

The fixed dock allows guests to truly access the water in the way only a dock can provide, swim, paddle-board, kayak, grab a rod and fish for dinner, Bring your own boat and hook up to our mooring if the water is rough. When the sun is setting it's time to jump in the 6 person hot tub while you watch the boats cruising by.

With 3 bedrooms and a walkout basement with futon, there is plenty of room for large families or families traveling together. The gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances and all the comforts of home including a pantry stocked with the basic cooking essentials. The dining area is located next to the kitchen with seating for 6 around a reclaimed wood dining table. The living room is comfortable with two couches a surround sound system and 55" LCD tv for movie nights. There are two levels of decks one that wraps around three sides of the house, the other on the ground level features the hot tub.

The Master bedroom suite is a retreat in itself, with a luxurious Carrara marble walk-in shower with multiple shower heads and body sprays to the custom marble double vanity you will feel pampered. The bedroom looks over the water with a small deck you truly feel like you are on a boat while relaxing on the high-end King pillow top mattress. The other 2 bedrooms are well equipped with memory foam mattresses and luxury linens, everyone will get a perfect nights sleep ready for another day in paradise.

This is the perfect location to access all that the Rhode Island shore has to offer. Downtown Newport is a short 15-minute drive, hit First or Second beach in ten minutes or head to Third beach by boat or car. In the rare event, the weather isn't perfect head to Greenvale or Newport vineyards for tastings or visit Sweetberry farm for fresh fruit, produce and farm to table prepared food.
