Perched in the most panoramic spot of Positano, Villa Epoca offers an unparalleled blend of luxury, history, and breathtaking views. This extraordinary 500 m² mansion, built around 1700 by wealthy merchants to oversee the harbor, has been lovingly restored to preserve its heritage while providing modern comforts. Spread across four levels, the villa offers stunning vistas from nearly every room, showcasing the beauty of the Mediterranean coast, the vibrant town of Positano, and the nearby Li Galli islands.

The interiors of the Villa  are a masterpiece, with frescoed ceilings and elegant décor throughout. The villa can accommodate up to 24 guests in 12 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms, of which 8 guests in the attic, with its 2 suites, each one composed by 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Every room is outfitted with luxurious touches, from custom fabrics to precious artworks, ensuring a stay that is as refined as it is relaxing.

The villa’s stunning outdoor spaces include 1,000 m² of gardens and three magnificent terraces, each offering panoramic sea views. The infinity pool, solarium, and lush garden create the perfect environment for relaxation and al fresco dining. Inside, guests can enjoy a spacious living room, a dining area with sweeping sea vistas, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Location and Accessibility:

The Villa is located high above Positano, offering panoramic views of the coast and town. Although the property is close to the town center, it’s set on a steep incline, requiring guests to walk 150 steps from the main road to the villa. The walk down to the beach takes approximately 10-12 minutes, while the climb back up takes about 30-35 minutes. There is no direct car access, but private parking is available at the bottom of Positano for €40 per day.

A dedicated team of professionals is at your service for up to 8 hours a day. This includes a talented cook and waiter who will prepare and serve breakfast, along with one additional meal of your choice (lunch or dinner). A maid is also available from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, ensuring your space remains spotless and welcoming.

For guests staying one week or more, a Welcome Dinner will be served, providing a warm and gracious introduction to your villa experience. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to participate in a hands-on cooking class, where you can discover the secrets behind authentic Italian cuisine and enjoy a truly immersive culinary experience.
