This is a very old property, which adds to its charm. A tiny winding creaky staircase led to our room. The bed was extremely comfortable and the large walk in shower included a comfortable tile bench, which made my husband wish we had one in our own bath at home. The property is very large with several lovely seating areas, a pond and several lovely flower beds. We enjoyed fireflies, which appeared like fairy lights in the evening. The host provides a delicious breakfast. I believe there are three rooms total, but there was only one other guest there when we stayed. We enjoyed our interactions with her and the host, Nicole, but there is plenty of space so one wouldn’t have to interact if they didn’t wish to do so. Though we had some very nice accommodations during our visit to New England, my husband and I agreed that this was our favorite.
