Late check in was appreciated as we were traveling from LA. I would’ve liked an elevator as we were upstairs and I am handicapped. Great room very modern and clean. Nice beds also.

Clean quiet place to rest your head

Room was clean, parking area was a lil narrow, pool was small but decent has a grill which was a major plus one ice machine which is right next to the office, we only stayed 2 days but housekeeping didn’t come to our room maybe if requested they wud have. Room had a smart tv which is able to get Netflix prime video tubi etc.. check in was easy and fast the front desk person treated me weird and watched our every move when we came out of our room even came out of the office to watch us at the pool and when we unpacked our belongings made me a bit offended but we still enjoyed our time in our room would recommend for a decent place to rest your head very convenient had food places and stores within walking distance.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

My experience at the Ramada was very terrible I drove 30 minutes after work arrived about at 7:38 p.m. only to be told by the front desk attendant they had canceled my reservation stating that I was supposed to be in the room by 5:00 p.m. however I argue the fact that on the website and majority of hotels check-ins starts at 3:00 p.m. and goes to about 10:00 or 11:00 p.m. at night me arriving at 7:30 p.m. was more than enough time the front desk attendant did not make any attempt to try to accommodate me he stated that he would try he didn't even look in the computer to see if there were any rooms available he just looked at me and told me that he didn't have anything for me and that they were completely booked which I found out later was a complete lie I will never patronize your mother ever again my experience was horrible and I spent the next 3 hours trying to find some place to stay for the night
