El único problema que considero relevante es que la regadera no se podía regular, o era agua caliente o fría con una presión no muy agradable para bañarse. En lo demás considero que estuvo de bien a excelente

El agua caliente solo alcanzaba para una persona las demás ya se bañaban con agua fría, se le dijo al de recepción pero insistía en que el boiler estaba prendido, nunca se compuso, tienen alberca llevamos las toallas de la habitación nos dijeron que no daban toalla para alberca , nos repusieron sí las toallas pero con la incertidumbre de que no. Os las dieran puesto que fueron a consultar con el ama de llaves , la taza del baño al jalarle no se iba todo y había que esperar varios minutos para que se volviera a cargar para que la usara la otra persona , nos tocó habitación de lado de la carretera y mucho ruido, la única zona que recomiendo es la del restaurante de la piscina, atenta .

Las habitaciones son muy muy tétricas y feas no hay agua caliente, no hay agua en el sanitario, se escucha todo el ruido de los carros no es un lugar para descansar lo único que rescata es su alberca por qué de ahí en fuera todo está muy viejo muy descuidado apoxidado toallas rutas el shampoo que te ofrecen es un shampoo de manos está horrible

En si, es un motel, el baño no estaba limpio, había cucarachas muertas en el cuarto, había focos fundidos, no estaba bien aseado, la alberca está sucia, ha ia un estanque de peses y el agua del estanque estaba contaminada, la chapa de la puerta no servía. Lo manejan como hotel familiar, pero las personas de todo poza rica lo manejan como hotel para tener s3x@. Si tienes familia no lo uses como hotel. El precio es demasiado caro, hay muchas mejores opciones por la diferencia de 300 pesos más, como la franquicia de París. Repito, no es hotel familiar.

Es un hotel sencillo pero agradable. Lo mantienen limpio y el personal de la recepción es muy amable. Su ubicación es muy buena. Lo malo es que su área de restaurante es muy limitad en tiempo y oferta de alimentos. La habitación es cómoda y tu decides si quieres cambio de ropa diario y limpieza.

Para empezar, desorden total para realizar el check in. Reserve dos habitaciones. En una había cucarachas, se solicitó el cambio pero no de buenas lo realizaron y la otra no enfriaba el clima lo suficiente. Les falta demasiado mantenimiento y limpieza. Deje mis datos para facturar y después de casi 20 días les recordé y solo me facturaron una habitación. No vuelvo a quedarme en este hotel.
