This hotel was just beautiful. I loved the location, the decor and the service. The breakfast was amazing. I enjoyed listening to the classical music and the ability to have a hot drink whenever I wanted.

At check-in the concierge was not friendly at all. Looked like a grumpy old person. The room was very small and basic. The TV is just a 15" computer monitor on your desk.. Most of the channels don't have a signal. At the breakfast the juice was watery, the pastries were days old, no decaf, etc. Location is good.

This hotel is wonderful!! The hotel has an old fashion feel, but with modern amenities. It has a lovely garden area and cozy areas in the hotel where you can visit with your companions and with other guests. Breakfast, with prosecco, which is included, was super, and there is also a happy hour, with discounted drinks, in the early evening, at its totally cool bar. These people belong in the hotel industry as they are welcoming, accommodating, and so very friendly. If my room had cost a $100 (US) more, I'd be saying the same. In fact, they should charge more: with its low prices, people might be disbelieving and hesitate to book a room, but if the prices were higher, they would readily book a room and be glad they did. During my 65 years on this planet, I have been fortunate to travel frequently, and this hotel is one of my best finds ever.
