Antique hotel in old town Prague

Great location in old town. Lots of fun shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. Walking distance to Charles Bridge and Castle Hill with its amazing architecture. Gorgeous antique furniture in my room. Great set-up with the front desk to hire a car for a ride to the airport.

Great location, old town center with all major landmarks are very walkable. Room is also good with cleaning and service everyday. Shower/bath does not have a curtain, water spillage all over and messy. Reason for my 3* is down to the availability and quality of the breakfast, and the rudeness of breakfast staff. We prepaid for breakfast while booking through expedia, ended up having breakfast outside except for the first day. Even the limited list of breakfast options run out fast, (at 9 am) when we asked them to refill some, answer was a rude NO. If you ever want to book here, save yourself from the breakfast, you will save money and frustration.

Perfect property for exploring the Old Town as the main square is about a 4 minute walk and there are some good restaurants and cafes on the doorstep. I arrived late due to a delayed flight but the staff were great and gave me instructions on how to get in. The room was comfy. The WiFi was fast enough for work calls. The bathroom could do with some new towels and a more thorough scrub before guests arrive but overall it was a great stay.

Great location and views from my window

Amazing location and views. Very old building as would be expected in this location and due to that plumbing smells were a big issue. Very helpful staff. Was able to walk to the St. Charles Bridge at sunrise (the only time to enjoy it without crazy numbers of tourists) in less then 5 min and see the tolling of the astronomical clock a few times as was a 7 min walk. Tons of good restaurants within 10 min walk. As across the street from the most beautiful library in Europe get in line at 9 am to see it or better reserve tickets in advance (they sell out for the day by 10am).

Parking & Stairs

The parking is quite a distance away and not easy to find until you become familiar with the streets of Prague. Waze could not find the parking garage by name. An elevator is available, but please beware, it only stops between floors. The stairs were difficult to navigate with heavy luggage. The front desk clerk was excellent! He gave us tremendous meal recommendations!
