The room and bathroom were clean, comfortable and well equipped. We went in December and it was toasty warm inside. Reception staff friendly and efficient. Just to mention...if you want a twin with single beds make sure you message the hotel before you arrive. A slight delay in check in because of this.

Everything was very good if not excellent: the hotel’s cleanliness, reception desk service, the kitchenette and the Excellent Location near many transportation facilities. My main complaints are two: A. The refrigerator motor made a humming sound that went on and off but was mainly on - and if I woke up at night for some reason - it made it quite hard for me to fall back asleep. I had to bury my head inside two feather pillows to block the noise. B. My room came equipped with four mattresses: two on a double bed frame and two single beds, at lower heights (for children). My mattress (which I chose to sleep on) was closest to the bathroom. It sagged very much and I’m used to a firm mattress. The other mattress, which must’ve been less used, seemed firmer. So I switched them but with considerable effort. I didn’t want to wait until the morning when the housekeeping staff arrived. I personally switch, rotate and flip my mattresses at home to make sure that they get used equally. I think that the hotel staff should do the same.

The hotel is ok overall, but nothing special. The room was extremely basic and some of the materials are showing their age, particularly in the bathroom. My main issue was the shower: one showerhead with a extremely very low water flow. On the plus side, there was consistent hot water, it was quiet at night, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. In short, you get what you pay for. It is also very well located and close to main attractions. Never more than 20 minutes walk.

Very nice, great location, very helpful and friendly staff, heating was working during the cold nights. Bed was comfortable, kitchen was basic with all I needed, you just need to wash the dishes yourself. Quiet location, elevator.

Beware of out of hours communication

Please be aware if checking in after hours that the hotel direct message you with Key/Safe information as I didn’t get the information at 1am after my late flight & they blamed this messaging system so I ended up stranded at 1:30 without a room
