Es mi segunda estancia en este hotel. La primera vez me fue muy bien, pero el hotel ha bajado de categoría. Las personas que atienden en recepción súper antipáticas, servicio deficiente. El hotel está muy bien ubicado y las habitaciones son del estándar ibis que es muy práctico para estancias cortas. A manera de anécdota casi no logro que me regalen un vaso de agua en el bar del hotel. La bartender grosera, no había vasos en recepción y fue tremenda discusión para que me dieran un vaso de agua estando hospedado allí. Muy mal!!!

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was good, the rooms were well-maintained. The staff and service were attentive and efficient, always ready to help. Right in the centre with restaurants and bars and shopping all around. Everything is walkable from the hotel but there are busses and teams right outside. Very clean and comfortable and a great price
