ap foi reformado e esta bom com uma localização muito boa mas para quem esta de carro é estressante pois não tem vaga garantida e vc depende da sorte se sair. Mas se não precisa sair de carro uma vez na garagem ta guardado

Boa tarde, Bom posso dizer que o local é bom . O apartamento está todinho reformado. Sala e quarto amplos. Mas como fiquei nove dias e era para ser 6 pessoas e graças ao Deus foram somente eu e meu marido pois .... as tvs são de tubo e antigas... pegava mal...o Sofás das sala eram bi camas mas impossíveis de dormir ou sentar pois um é duro e o outro tem buraco e afunda qdo senta. Os colchoes com buracos sem condições de dormir, foram dias difíceis de dormir . Enfim o apartamento é bom mas os sofás e os colchões deixou a desejar... se trocassem o sofás e principalmente os colchões ....teria sido perfeito minha estadia. Obrigada ....

Otima localização

Na chegada ao imóvel estava tudo muito sujo, em péssimas condições de limpeza. Porém os hospedes que sairam não recolheram nem suas comidas prontas e estragadas. O proprietário foi enganado pela moça da limpeza que disse ter limpado e pelos hospedes que saíra anteriormente. Lamentável. O Jefferson foi muito prestativo e nos ajudou a resolver o problema tranquilamente.

Muito bom

O imóvel muito bem localizado, o síndico Sr Raimundo muito atencioso, o pessoal da noite tbm, TD muito limpo. Na praia a segurança estava impecável.
