The bathtub drain was clogged. They offered a different room but I was already set up so I asked if they had Draino. He didn’t but offered a beat up plastic spine with barbs and I used that. It was a nasty job but it worked. There was also a lamp bulb out and I was told new bulbs wouldn’t be in for a week

We stayed in a pet friendly room. The room smelled like urine. They gave me some Ozium air freshener to use. I strongy suggested to the desk person, as we were leaving, that the carpets be thoroughly cleaned before anyone else stsyed in the room. The room was clean, but the odor needs to be addressed.
