For shared use: tennis. Private: natural state property 3'000 m2 with trees, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: storage room for bicycles, bicycle rental. 1.5 km long bumpy, narrow motor access to the grounds (via unmade road). Traumurlaub

Es war eine wunderschöne Woche mit der ganzen Familie, dort oben ganz einsam in den Bergen mit einer fantastischen Aussicht und einem sehr gut ausgestatteten Haus. Es fehlte an nichts! Und wenn etwas mal nicht funktionierte, war der Vermieter Paolo sofort zur Stelle und kümmerte sich prompt darum. Leider ist das Haus noch nicht komplett fertig gestellt und es fehlt noch etwas an der Außengestaltung z.B. Lampen, Fliesen und die Gartenmöbel könnten erneuert werden. Auch für etwas Schatten würde ein entsprechender Schirm von Vorteil sein. Aber das sind wirklich nur Kleinigkeiten und man findet rund ums Haus ausreichend Sitzmöglichkeiten. Alles soweit und gut, wenn nicht der Weg nach oben wäre!!! Bis Valloria ist alles noch sehr gut zu befahren, jedoch das letzte Stück zum Haus ist nichts für schwache Nerven oder "normale" Autos. Da muss schon ordentlich Bodenfreiheit vorhanden sein und immer hoffen , dass auf dem schmalen, steilen Waldweg niemand entgegenkommt. Dann wird's richtig lustig! Ansonsten ist es traumhaft schön dort oben und man kann die Ruhe ungestört genießen. Der Besuch bei Paolos kleinem Restaurant ist ein absolutes Muss und man geniesst die typisch Ligurischen Gerichte direkt vor Ort.

Bester Blick ins Prino-Tal nach Imperia

Herzlicher Empfang und sehr hilfsbereit. Der Weg von Imperia nach Valloria in die Berge sollte nicht unterschätzt werden. Es geht aber noch ca. 500m in Serpentinen weiter zur Unterkunft. Paolo ist voraus gefahren, niemand würde sonst diesen Weg ohne Ortskenntnis freiwillig befahren, außer mit einem verbeulten Off-Roader und Abenteuer im Blut! Nun, es hat trotzdem ohne Schäden geklappt und wir haben den Wagen oft in Valloria stehen gelassen und sind 10-15 Min. den Fußweg gelaufen. Ohne Gepäck, fit und gut zu Fuß kein Problem! Sollte man aber wissen und einkalkulieren…!
