This was the best stocked VRBO I have stayed in. The attention to detail for visitors was well thought out and executed. They offered a coffee/tea fully stocked area, small bathroom essentials in case you forgot, things like salt and pepper, paper towels, Kleenex box, soap pumps at all sinks. actual Hooks in the bathrooms!!! The home was very clean and welcoming. This home has a great location, being close to the downtown square. We sure enjoyed staying there. I would 100% recommend staying here.

Karina was a very attentive host and the home was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. It was extremely clean and the decor was very updated and beautiful. We would definitely stay there again.

This was a great property for our first time in Prescott. The house is conveniently located to the historic downtown as well as shopping and restaurants. It's easy to get out of town for road trips, and our fur kid was ecstatic about the dog park a few miles away. We found the property sparkling clean, comfortable, and cozy. The kitchen was well-equipped; although storage space for dry groceries was a bit limited -- we like to cook instead of eating out, so we tend to spend more in groceries (like the nearby Sprouts!) than in restaurants. We made it work, though, and everything we needed for cooking and dining was provided.Dog girl was quite pleased with a front yard where she could bask in the fall sun and watch the neighbors go by. We humans enjoyed the comfortable space including a fire pit on the back patio for cool evenings. All in all, a great introduction to a part of Arizona we hadn't visited before (we're U of A grads - Bear Down, Wildcats!).

We had an excellent stay. The house had everything we needed. We went as a family to my son's baseball tournament, and we actually spent a lot of time at the baseball fields. The house's location is great; everything is close by. Thank you very much!

Perfect for our weekend getaway

Clean, close to downtown, great host

I have to say the host was great with communication and response time. Inside home: very clean, comes with everything you need ie cooking supplies, bbq, towels, sheets, blankets, cleaning supplies, laundry soap etc this was great as we didn’t have to bring our own. An additional perk, they had cooking spices, olive oil, coffee, creamer, sugar etc. Exterior: it is definitely the best on the street as others have indicated. It would have been nice to have neighbors that took pride in their homes. The fenced yard was great for our dog. Backyard was private and cute. Location. It is close to downtown where it has lots of shops, art, dining. The town has so much character and is dog friendly. It’s close to Embry- Riddle where our son attends. We enjoyed our stay. Neighbors were quiet. Other reviews said they were loud we didn’t have any issues at all. We would come back again. Thank you for sharing your home.

Comfortable, cozy stay

Very nice house; uber clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for three adults to move around including the great kitchen! Close to downtown and easy to get to. The people that we were visiting in Prescott saw the property and were so impressed that they told us that they would recommend it to other visitors. We would certainly stay again.

The home looks newly renovated & is very comfortable. The well-appointed kitchen made it easy to make “home cooked” meals. Little touches like board games and a fire pit outside made family time special. It was great to be able to use the washer & dryer to do laundry. This makes traveling with a family so much easier. 2 master bedrooms with their own bathrooms also helped make the experience great! The only drawback is the neighborhood is sad & unkempt- the nextdoor neighbor’s yard is a mess and they often had their front door open and blared a very loud TV. We never felt unsafe- it just was not attractive. I would stay here again! It is in close proximity to downtown and to my son’s college, clean, family friendly, and newly renovated. It is also very fairly priced. We felt like we got great value for our money.

Only updated place on the street for a reason

Dog fights, neighbors screaming in the streets, chain smokers, tvs that dont work, and crappy internet. The interior of the house was nice though.

Weekend Trip

We were staying in Prescott for a baseball tournament over Memorial Day weekend. Hotel prices were crazy which led us to this little house. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the house!! It has been beautifully upgraded. Nice proximity to downtown (not quite walking distance, but still close). It is definitely the nicest house on the block. Street was quiet and slept with the windows open!! I’d stay here again!

A little Zen Oasis

We found this little home to be the perfect zen oasis for our stay in Prescott. My sister & B-i-L and I were in town to visit our Aunt. During the day we were often quite busy and it was a true delight to come "home" to a cool quiet house. We found it to be just as shown in the photographs and truly loved starting our mornings off on the patio listening to the bird song while sipping our coffee. Delightful!

Cozy stay!

The interior of the property was great and clean! We enjoyed the welcome basket of treats. The kitchen was nicely stocked including coffee pods, which was a nice touch! Bedrooms and bathrooms were nicely updated, however the mattresses were quite firm. The entire property is nicely updated including the exterior, but not all houses on the street are in the same great shape.

This place is so cute. The owners did a nice job taking an older home and making it comfortable, cute, and a place to call home away from home. Too bad the neighborhood doesn't do the same and take pride in their places such as these folks did. Would make for a nice place. But if you are in the area, this is a great place to stay. Prescott vacation getaway

Came to Prescottfor Thanksgiving weekend with family. We found a home to be very well stocked, clean and easy access to town. We especially enjoyed the fenced in areas for our dogs. There were many nice touches throughout the home that made us feel welcome and comfortable. Thanks for a great stay.

Time with the kids

Our stay was an opportunity for us to spend some quality time with our adult children. The property was very modern with all the amenities and close to downtown (about a 5 min drive). There were a few items, that may not bother others but were a bit bothersome for us. Memory foam beds seem to be a thing right now, but for us - the beds were a bit hard. In addition, not sure if this is a regulation or not but the hot water in the shower could have been a bit hotter. The kitchen and bathroom sinks were perfect regarding hot water but the showers seemed to have a regulator on them. The property is perfect for dogs, it has a 4 ft. fence in the large front yard and a smaller fenced (15 x20) back area with a wonderful place to sit and visit. Thank you for sharing your home with us and giving us the opportunity to spend some quality time with our children and grand children.
