Nice hotel, clean and friendly staff, only problem is they task their “coffee barista” in the main lobby from 6am to 11am with waiting tables and running errands (so I was told by front desk staff). This consequently leaves the coffee shop unattended for quite sometime. I waited 15 minutes for that person to return, it never happened so I left. That needs improvement.

The staff was very helpful with my mom who is elderly and uses a cane. The property is gorgeous, rooms nostalgic and very clean. Food is excellent. We ate in the bar/lounge, piano player, very nice. Food servers could use a little training on spending less time bussing and more time attending to tables needs.Ive eaten here a few times before and seems to be ongoing issue.

We always prefer to stay at the Hassayampa Inn when we're in Prescott, but this time around we had a difficult situation that they helped us with. Our car overheated outside Prescott and had to be towed to a shop. The staff at the Hassayampa Inn allowed us to put our luggage in a secure spot in their offices while we waited for a room to be cleaned, and they also allowed us to check in early. It took a big load off our minds.
