Great place to stay. Need a little remodeling.

Everything was great except that the rooms and hallway so a little rundown. Door to the room paint was all nicked up, the carpet in the hallway was torn in some places, and the carpet in our room was old.

Property looks to be under some sort of renovation. Upgraded to a suite and everything in the room was falling apart including the ceiling in the bedroom area and bathroom. Shower curtain moldy, sink faucets leaked all over the counters. Bathtub drain was full of black molding gunk. TV’s didn’t work properly. Extremely outdated and very worn out. Elevators had missing broken pieces inside. Carpets dirty throughout hotel. Just not what’s to be expected from the only full service property in Prescott. Breakfast was definitely not complimentary. Paid very high prices for what we received. Food was ok. Coffee shop on property was ok. Nothing crazy. Service was extremely slow. They should offer more convenient grab and go breakfast options. Unless property goes through an entire renovation I doubt we will chose to stay here again.

The staff went out of their way to make us happy! They were so friendly, especially Andrea and the front desk manager!! The room was clean, when the restaurant was open it was very good and we had an amazing view of the city of Prescott! The only negative thing we experienced was the bed. We both sunk into the middle of the bed. We would definitely stay again!

All you heard all night was the soda machine out the door in the hall way. It sounded like a a load refrigerator fan or vacuum all night. And the remote didnt work. Wasnt worth the money at all
