The Cottage-Near Downtown Place du palais de justice historique

Le Cottage est situĂ© dans le quartier rĂ©sidentiel historique, Ă  seulement deux pĂątĂ©s de maisons de l’historique Square Courthouse Square. La place propose une multitude d'activitĂ©s et vous ĂȘtes littĂ©ralement Ă  3 ou 5 minutes Ă  pied de la place et de la cĂ©lĂšbre Whiskey Row.
Notre premiĂšre propriĂ©tĂ© Ă  louer prĂšs de la place historique du centre-ville est The Cottage, qui a plus de 1 500 pieds carrĂ©s d'espace de vie avec des planchers de bois franc et du carrelage en travertin. Le chalet a deux chambres Ă  coucher, 1. 5 salles de bains, une grande salle familiale, une salle Ă  manger sĂ©parĂ©e, une cuisine bien approvisionnĂ©e, une salle Ă  manger avec siĂšge fenĂȘtre et une buanderie. Le mobilier est bien amĂ©nagĂ© et procure une atmosphĂšre de chalet romantique et confortable, comme si vous Ă©tiez Ă  Carmel ou Ă  Monterey. De plus, nous sommes amis des chiens, alors apportez le toutou.

La chambre principale a un lit king size avec un grand dressing et un coin salon / lecture bien aménagé. Le maßtre a sa propre télévision. La deuxiÚme chambre a un lit queen size. Le chalet peut facilement accueillir 5 à 6 personnes.

Le salon dispose d'un grand téléviseur haute définition à écran plat Samsung 46 pouces, d'un branchement de cùble HD et d'un DVD Blu-Ray qui diffuse Netflix. De plus, The Cottage dispose d'une connexion WiFi haut débit. La salle à manger peut accueillir 6 personnes ou plus pour votre dßner de Thanksgiving, Noël ou Pùques !!

La cuisine est entiĂšrement approvisionnĂ©e Ă  la satisfaction du chef le plus distinguĂ©! La cuisiniĂšre Ă  gaz est nichĂ©e dans une vieille hotte en brique. Vous pourrez vous prĂ©parer Ă  manger tout en vous asseyant dans le coin cuisine ou dans le confortable siĂšge de fenĂȘtre.

Le meilleur reste pour la fin ... le patio intime et isolĂ©. Un de nos clients rĂ©cents se rĂ©fĂšre Ă  ce patio comme Ă©tant The Plaza (voir nos critiques). Évadez-vous par la porte arriĂšre du paradis, Ă©coutez le chant des oiseaux et dĂ©tendez-vous dans le patio ombragĂ©. Lire un livre ou simplement mĂ©diter.

Beautiful place

Went to visit Prescott for a couple of days we rented this place. It was amazing. It has everything you ever wanted in a house. I think it was one of the best VRBO’s I rented. I will definitely go back here. You will not find a better place in Prescott.

Would definitely stay here again. All the main restaurants 1/4 - 1/2 mile walk. Beautiful neighborhood, nice patio. Larry the owner was super helpful.

Excellent location and beautiful property - dog friendly

We decided to do a last minute getaway to Prescott to enjoy the holiday celebrations - which are fantastic! This property has the ideal location that is close to center of town but still gives you a great historic neighborhood feel. The home has plenty of room and provides all the comfort of home. We took our pup so the patio was extremely convenient. Larry was a pleasure to work with. Definitely our go-to for all future trips to Prescott!

Fantastic Cottage in Prescott!

This cottage is absolutely beautiful and quaint! Very close to all the action. I LOVED the garden tub and the water was hotter than my own at home! Great communication with property owner. I would 100% rent again!! Without hesitation.

Our stay here was very nice! Although there were only 3 of us, we had planned on possibly 5 , the house was very cozy and comfortable! It had everything we needed and then-some! Perfect in every way.

I cannot praise this house enough. It is spacious, sparkling clean, and beautifully appointed. The location is a five minute walk to the charming downtown and excellent restaurants. But the best thing about the house was the wonderful patio. Our extended family, in town for the ERAU graduation, came over for a barbecue, and the beautiful landscaping and ample outdoor seating made the afternoon and evening a delight. Everyone commented on how lovely the house was. An award plaque for best historical restoration was well deserved. If you are coming to Prescott, this is the place to stay!

Feels like home!

Everything was perfect in our stay at the cottage. Lovely, well stocked and spacious kitchen. Great master closet, roomy bathroom, open floor plan, outstanding location. The Cottage was gorgious, warm and very inviting.

We absolutely fell in love with the Cottage. The private yard/patio is beautiful. The kitchen is fully stocked we had everything necessary for cooking wonderful meals, the bedrooms are very comfortable, the bathroom has a fantastic stocking tub. Over all the decor of the entire cottage is lovely. We will be back, most definately.

Great location in older part of Prescott.

Everything was clean; except the couch which needs upholstering or replacing. Feathers were leaking out of couch. Also I put the very nice, soft afghan over my legs and my black pants now have either dog or cat hair on them. There are some plumbing issues which houeekeeper knows about but apparently Christmas week is not a good time for maintenance. The bay window was beautifully decorated. Master bedroom was comfortable and we slept well. Son and his wife found guest room pillows need to be replaced. All appliances worked good. Since we were all adult instead of a family with young children our expectations were different in a house. But fireplace was nice and we had dinner for 6 people 3 evenings and the kitchen dining area was good. All in all a good family visit and the living area was good for that

Family Pre-Christmas in Prescott

What a wonderful area to spend the Holiday season. The location was an easy walk to the adorable Prescott downtown area, that was all decked out with Christmas lights. The house was a perfect size for our family and we felt like we were in our own cozy home enjoying home cooked meals, the cute backyard and the family room gas fireplace was a perfect edition. Beautiful home and perfect location

My family and I travelled to Prescott for the Courthouse lighting ceremony and couldn’t have been happier with our stay at Larry’s lovely home. The house was spacious, very well appointed, and the perfect fit for the five of us. I initially misread the description and was prepared to share a bathroom amongst all of us - imagine our pleasant surprise at the way the jack and Jill was set up that basically created two independent bathrooms!! We felt at home and can’t wait to return :-)

Beautiful Cozy Home!

This home was absolutely lovely and fit our needs while we were in town for a birthday celebrations. It was warm, cozy, and so close to downtown it was easy to walk. This place is a must stay, and the hose was very attentive and kind!

A Perfect Prescott AZ Hideaway!

Complete with all amenities...this lovely, bright, and airy 2 bedroom cottage was a perfect retreat during our recent visit to Prescott, Arizona. Larry Schmidt, the owner, was most gracious and accommodating. My husband and I highly recommend this property to anyone seeking the comforts of a charming home, in a quiet neighborhood, with close proximity to the old town of Prescott. Cozy, Cute and Close to the Courthouse

This is the only place we would ever want to stay when spending time in Prescott. The townhouse is adorable, the location is spectacular, and the owner is wonderful to work with. We plan to keep coming back every year!
