Based on other reviews, I hoped some rooms might be better maintained. Upon departure, I mentioned the condition of room 113 to guest services. She explained that the dirt high up is hard to reach and that they plan to repaint eventually. I noted I had cleaned the room since, as I couldn’t sleep in it when it was as dirty as it initially was. Evening noise was fairly constant due to guests coming and going, along with people smoking outside.

The unit 113 needs work. Bathroom door is falling apart. Tub caulking needs replacement. No sink stopper. Furniture is old and poor. Unit had two original antique stove elements and antique fridge. Linen did not fit bed, e.g. base sheet too small and cover was from a Queen or King bed. Bed was a double, not a queen as ordered. No power for coffee machine or micro wave unit. This unit does not come close to the promotional pictures. They do not have 24/7 lobby staff, as promoted/stated. Unable to check out at 6:00 a.m. as no staff or drop box for the key.

DISGUSTING!!

Where do I start…let’s say I expected a cheap motel, but this place, wow… So let’s start with arriving to a sign on the office door that said be back in 5 mins. 20 mins later I’m still sitting in my car and a guy comes who can barely speak English and cannot find my reservation. Once I finally get checked in (another 15 mins) the room is just beyond disgusting. See the photos. Yes, that’s all kinds of unidentified stains on the bed blankets, yes cigarette burns and yes, that IS blood and possibly feces on the bathroom floor. Stains on the walls. The whole room was SO GROSS. I should have left right then but it was late, I was tired and impatient. Let’s just say I did not take my shoes off in the place and slept with no blankets. There was men walking the parking lot all evening who looked like drug dealers and taxis were dropping off girls. Definitely stay elsewhere!

The property was old, which is understandable and acceptable for the pricing. But when it comes to the cleanliness it was so bad. We had a very bad experience with all of us experiencing itching after lying on the bed. The room didn't have any cutleries or cookware of anysort. Just 2 or 3 paper cups. That was not what was told on the website. The only sink was blocked and water wouldnt go down from that. This was so bad from their part.

We were booked for 2 nights. Left after the first night. Rooms were not clean. Feet were literally BLACK from stepping on the floors. Its an electrical fire hazard with wall outlet extenders and extension cords running everywhere. Truly sketchy and disgusting.
