There was no heat in the room, blasted the heat to 90 and it blew cold air, at this point the hallway was warmer then the room. When i tried to deal with my concerns the guy didnt want to do anything so i asked for the manager and he said he would call him and they both walked out of the back together and i told him the issues and he said he would have to go check the heat i said go for it, then i brought forward the last time i stayed here the mini fridge continuously ticked all night and mentioned it seems like there is always something here that goes wrong, that mangager was rude and i said i would just deal with it through expedia and left. Not impressed

No hot water on the second day. When I phoned down to the front desk they asked me if I’d turned the tap all the way to the left, then they told me it needed to run for 10 minutes after 45 minutes it was still barely lukewarm. I have phone back down and they asked me if it was cold or lukewarm. They told me they’d send somebody up to the room nobody came up.

The staff were wonderful ! kind, helpful, good bunch! The room was not that good. faucets/spouts loose, lav tap hard to turn on to the point it felt as though it was going to break. lots of chip in paint, looks like there was a leak from above at one time and not really nicely finished. Generally speaking, it needs a quick renew, or a renovation.
