This hotel is somewhat outdated however for what it offers the price is decent. The pool is nice. The staff can be friendlier our kids like the morning breakfast buffet although it is on a pricier side, other places or hotels in New Jersey that we’ve stayed usually offer free breakfast.

The main issue is that we could not sleep. The hotel is organized around a large atrium. That night there was a very large wedding that basically privatized the atrium and they paraded and chanted until past midnight. I am sure they booked a party-room for the wedding but in reality hundreds of guest were congregating and partying in the atrium. Our room had a window on the atrium. It was just impossible to sleep or even rest. I went to complain about the noise twice, but no manager was in charge. Just security personal and no option was offered. We were there for our kids soccer tournament. First game was at 8:00 AM. Really an awful experience. They should have offered a different room, not on the atrium that night, as they know it's going to be noisy. They should have told us it was going to be noisy until late. They should have tried to find a solution when I came twice to complain. They did none of these and I am asking for a full refund. I feel that the wedding party paid a hefty fee for their party. We paid a hefty fee for our room. The wedding was allowed to go on uninterrupted and partying until past midnight. We were not able to enjoy our room at all. We were not able to get our kids the sleep they deserve between soccer tournament games Best Regards, Julien Dunoyer
