The check in experience was difficult at around 9pm Thanksgiving night when the desk clerk couldn't find my name or my Expedia confirmation number in the computer. He then asked to see my confirmation email which I showed him and he pointed to a part of the email displaying other locations for Quality Inn that might have my reservation. I showed him the part of the email with the address and check in date for his location and he finally relented and accepted my check in. Everything else about this stay was adequate and i have no other complaints. The room was clean and the complementary breakfast the following morning was acceptable. The room rate was also good.
Pretty good hotel near tons of restaurants and shopping. My son left his glasses and they were very kind about it. They mailed them right out and were here in two days. Very kind. Very convenient.
