The pictures look nice but it was not as clean/maintained as described. There were a lot of bugs, ants, a little gecko and lots of gnats, in the home. I realize it’s a tropical location but I’ve rented several homes in Hawaii and Florida and never had bugs in the house. Lots of minor imperfections, a dip in the living room floor covered up with a not so clean rug (looks nice in picture but not in person), chips in flooring, very dirty fridge with stains on it, screen door had a big slit, rust and weather outdoor furniture, dings and out of place trim, missing fan cover in laundry room, etc. just not nearly as clean as the pictures portray. The pool was not “tidy” like other homes we rented and unless it’s sunny and hot it’s extremely cold and wasn’t useable for our stay. If I had seen any of the pictures I took of the home I would have never booked it. We were offered a small discount (400) for the misrepresentation but I never received it. I will say it is stocked well with dishes and beach gear but overall condition was not what was portrayed in my opinion.

This was the perfect place to celebrate with my family! I couldn’t ask for a better place with an incredible view and the pool was perfect! Everything we needed was there and made great use of the grill. It was very clean and having AC in the rooms was a big plus! Loved every bit of this and the property management was very accommodating! We will be staying here again and again! Absolutely loved it!

Perfect home for my family get away. All rooms had access door to outside, separate master wing, kitchen dining and living room was very spacious and accommodating. The pool and garden area are this magical garden oasis. Loved the stay!

Unbelievably well appointed home maybe the best we have ever rented. Everything that we would have ever wanted in the kitchen was there, high quality towels and linens. Nothing about this experience screamed "rental home". Wonderful having nature out of both sides of the house, and the neighborhood chickens kept us company on the back deck. Wonderful experience.

Perfect for the family

The home is beautiful, very well appointed, in a great location for enjoying all the north shore has to offer. The pool was such a treat. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook some great meals. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out while still enjoying time together in the great room and outdoor spaces.

Kauai stay

Our stay was absolutely amazing and the rental company was so easy to work with and so communicative! Check in was seamless and checkout was relaxed. Our group had 6 adults and 7 kids under the age of 4 and we all fit comfortably with plenty of room to spare! The kids LOVED the pool- they swam everyday :) If and when we come back to Kauai we will definitely be staying here again!

Lovely Princeville home

We greatly enjoyed our stay. Highlights included the beautiful great room (it rained a fair bit, so we spent time inside), the accessible location, the large pool and peaceful surroundings and the nicely decorated bedrooms. Kitchen was also nicely appointed.

Amazing vacation rental

Lovely house with amazing pool. Excellent location, beatiful clean big house. It has everything you need for comfort. Home does get hot, esp on sunny days with little breeze. Love Princeville so was extremely happy we found this home to rent, will def rent again.

Amazing Home

We loved this home! In a quiet neighborhood on a corner lot with beautiful vegetation surrounding the pool and providing privacy. The pool is the BEST feature. We couldn't get the kids out. House has everything. Wish it had A/C in the other rooms though especially the upstairs one. But otherwise extraordinary. Short walk to park, stores, shopping, restaurants and amazing beaches nearby. Garage has six beach chairs, sand toys, a few life jackets and three boogie boards. We used all of it every day.

Amazing vacation

We had the best stay at Lei Aloha. The house was more than perfect for our large family and exceeded all of our expectations. The location is wonderful. We loved the pool and being able to take a break and just hang out at the house, but still have something fun to do for the kids. We will absolutely be staying here again.

Great way to have family together

Was a vacation to have adult kids and significant others get together with parents and renew family connections and relax from the last 2 yrs of the pandemic. Large enough for eight adults, and home has been updated with the upstairs bedroom remodeled and full bath put in so each bedroom has basically an on-suite bathroom. Lots of areas to hangout with the pool and then the golf course side along with the great room. Nice to have a bathroom out by the pool too to change or just go potty in a wet swimsuit. Grounds well cared for and would rent again. One thing we did enjoy with the advice of my oldest child was we hired a private chef to cook for us a couple of nights and was great, relaxing, played games with the family while the appetizers, salads, entrees and desserts being prepared and the chef cleaned up after the meal, so able to enjoy each others company in the evening with some drinks. We had talked about going out a few times during the week, but getting reservations for 8 and wanting great meals meant $$$, and my son felt since already planning to do that, could use that money for a chef to come in and cook. So really was very comparable to going out to eat and not coordinate a reservation and presented a longer time in evening to enjoy meal as it was prepared. The kitchen in the home was able to support the chef except for all the serving plates needed for each course, so a little cleaning of plates occurred once per meal. Some something to potentially add to your visit. If you just like burgers and simple meals and cook for yourself, then not the thing for you. Just need to plan in advance for this option and contact a chef before going to the island to see if available. So a great time had by all and great location to get groceries and see the north end of Kauai.
