Superbe condominium !

Nous avons grandement apprĂ©ciĂ© notre sĂ©jour, le condominium Ă©tait parfait pour nos besoins. Dans un secteur trĂšs tranquille (sauf pour les coqs, mais il y en a partout sur l’üle). Nous avons adorĂ©, il y avait toutes les commoditĂ©s nĂ©cessaires.

Great condo in Princeville with all the amenities in close proximity to Hanalei Bay. The place builds, modern and brand new and obviously well kept. I would ditch the plastic cutting boards for something better otherwise incredible vacation for us. Would definitely stay here again.
Just a mile away is One Hotel where we spent the day, enjoyed the beach, took a yoga class, had a scrumptious dinner and got engaged a few minutes before the Sunset photo was taken looking out from Hanalei Bay.

Often the pictures do not match the current condition of a place; however, in this case what you see is what you get. It was beautiful, comfortable, and well appointed. Management immediately addressed a few little issues we had initially. The jacuzzi, BBQ area & pool were just steps from the condo - very nice.

We just got back from our second stay at this beautiful condo. It’s impeccably clean and well-appointed. The grounds and pool ate also spotless and well-maintained. You’d be hard-pressed to find even one bug or leaf in the pool. The rear of the condo looks out to the mountains, jungle ravine, and off in the distance a patch of ocean. The second floor affords a great degree of privacy. There is no condo staring back at you in the rear, so you can enjoy the view without being self-conscious. The front looks out over the pool and parking area, which is convenient and close. The condo has windows front and back, which makes the most of the natural breeze of the location. Ceiling fans were great. Princeville is situated ideally near Hanalei and the rest of the North Shore, which is where you will want to be. Back toward Kapa’a, there are the Kalihiwai and Kilauea areas to explore. Local gas in Princeville is only a dime more than Costco, so not bad at all. We would gladly return to this condo again. If you are a coffee drinker, you’ll want to pack full sized cone filters. We found the big bag of Kaua’i coffee at Costco to be a bargain at 39. The condo was otherwise nicely stocked with beginning supplies of shower products and paper towels, etc. 3 TVs, comfortable firm mattresses and nice showers. There’s construction going on at the Waikoko hairpin turn, so the trail doen to the far end of Lumahai beach is technically closed, but some folks did it anyway. Enjoy

Peaceful, bright, and comfortable stay close to Hanalei

Excellent location, close to Hanalei town yet peaceful and quiet. The space is bright and airy, comfortably sleeps four, and offers partial ocean views. We appreciated the pool and jacuzzi, which were a great bonus. Would recommend for a relaxing family stay on the North Shore.

What a fantastic stay. The condo was equipped with everything one needs to enjoy their Hawaiian holiday. Beach towels,2 beach chairs, cooler for those beach days. The inside of the condo looks just like the pictures on the website. Great communication on how to get to the condo,just a bit tricky if you arrive in the dark as the signs are difficult to see. Don’t worry about sleeping in as those roosters will be sure to let you know when daylight breaks. One of our favorite things in the morning was sitting out on the veranda with a cup of coffee and taking in the incredible view and listening to all the bird life

Beautiful unit, quiet and pool is at bottom of your stairs. Well appointed kitchen- everything you need. No A/C but open windows and let air flow you are fine. Washer / dryer was great. Will stay again !

Great Stay, Modern Condo, Great Location

Usually when I book a place I try to keep the budget as low as possible (more vacations!). This time we went a little Luxe but still stayed within budget. The place was fabulously clean and everything was a step UP from our normal home. It was an excellent value for the high level of comfort. The kid loved the pool and large Jacuzzi (extremely close, as advertised). We loved the easy grills outside, the high quality cookware, and the showers. The beds, my wife's "must have", were better than the ones we have at home. The place was 10m from Hanalei Bay, perhaps the most beautiful beach I've ever visited. Hanalei had lifeguards, easy parking, was not crowded. There was some good boogie boarding the first two days and then the water was calm later in the week. No A/C but there was really great airflow and high quality fans. Coming from cool San Francisco, I was initially a bit concerned about this, but it was not a worry. One easy suggestion for the managers: It would be to throw a nice set of beach chairs, a boogie board and some snorkel equipment out on the Lanai as an added bonus. There were beach chairs but they weren't in amazing shape. The place had a beautiful view overlooking the jungle with a distant view of the water. There were no mosquitos on the Lanai even at night, but I think it would be near impossible to keep out every little bug given the location. Keep that in mind if you're super sensitive. It was a fabulous place and a fabulous trip.

Just as described, a nicely kept, well and comfortably furnished 2 br condo steps from the swimming pool, minutes from Princeville and Hanalei. Very quiet complex, except for the roosters.... highly recommend!

We really enjoyed the view of the mountains from the lanai and the cooling Tradewinds. A/C is not needed. The Princeville Resort area is beautiful. The hosts were attentive and responded promptly. Home base in paradise

Wonderful and roomy condo on the North Shore of Kauai. Extremely clean and perfect for our stay on the island. We used the pool and hot tub a few times as well as the provided grills in the pool area. Very close to grocery store and a reasonable drive to everywhere else we wanted to go on the island. Beautiful scenery from the back deck with views of most everything the island has to offer. Be prepared for the roosters to greet you before sunrise each day but closing windows or having a fan running reduces any noise. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautifully appointed condo. Well stocked with everything we needed. We loved being close to the pool, hot tub and BBQ area, which was very well maintained. The management company was quick to respond and very friendly. The views were incredible. Pictures do not do this property justice!

Amazing property!

We absolutely loved this property. It was clean and well stocked. We appreciated the 2 boogie boards and 2 chairs. The location is ideal, easy parking, close to everything, and a lovely view from the balcony. We stayed with our 12 year old son and would stay again if possible on future trips!
