The one star is for the establishment but 5 Stars to the duty manager she was amazing and tried to do her best. Our room lost power twice during our stay. The shower fluctuated from freezing to scorching hot. Sunday a 42 degree day and the bars were closed couldn’t get cold refreshments. Screaming kids running in corridors throwing Popcorn everywhere on all floors. No adult supervision or responsibility. The only reason we chose the Atura was for the outdoor pool. In future it’s not a good enough reason to stay

Half of the amenities in the room were either not working or missing...At the check in I had to wait even though there was no other guests...The receptionist was on the phone with a customer and it took a long time...After asking for a complementary drink I was rejected again aswell as in my previous stays...Did not sleep well at all. Not a great experience at all.The night receptionist tried to help with a complementary breakfast...All in all a very bad experience specially when you are extremely tired...
