Deneice and Mel have a spectacular venue. Absolutely as advertised in their on-line description. A quiet, comfortable and beautiful setting - and having the goats nearby made for an unexpected and fun and engaging experience. The hosts recommended Mildreds restaurant for an authentic and fresh country cooking buffet. Also an unexpected and southern experience. An easy 10 minute drive from the property. We would highly recommend the Farm Cottage for any future quests looking for a quiet and comfortable respite that is only a couple minutes of I 65.there were 3 of us and everything we needed was right there.Jim / Anna / Scarth - from KY and CA

We loved our stay at the Farm Cottage! It was a perfect location for attending a wedding at The Lofton. The cottage was clean, well decorated and had many thoughtful touches from the hosts. It was well stocked with everything you may need! Highly recommend this wonderful cottage!

The Farm Cottage lived up to it's description, and exceeded it! This property is totally charming, clean as a whistle and neat as a pin. Everything is updated, attractive and in perfect working order. Mel is on top of the communication like a pro. The farm setting is beautiful, peaceful, and the goats will come running when you walk up to greet them. Pretty cute. You will never go wrong renting this property.

The house is beautiful and the location is key. We went for a wedding at The Lofton which was only 4 miles away. The GOATS ! They were so cool to walk out to every morning! They came when the kids called them! Very clean and cute! Nicely decorated and had everything we needed for our stay! The hosts were quick to respond to any questions or concerns that we had. Very hospitable and was all around a positive experience and would do rent it again! Highly recommend

Absolutely stunning!! Me, my husband, and our friends all stayed for a short weekend getaway. Everything was charming, place was very clean, and supplied with everything we needed. We especially loved details like the coffee nook, and that the host supplied extra toiletries (tooth brushes, toothpaste, q-tips, etc.) which is perfect for someone like me who often forgets to pack everything. Will definitely be recommending to others!

A charming and quaint mid 20th century farmhouse with all the modern conveniences of the 21st! Mel, our host, was helpful and communicated well. Check-in and checkout was easy, and the house was well stocked with all the amenities to make us feel at home. The property is secluded, nestled along rolling pastures and cornfields with breathtaking views of the rolling Tennessee hills. If we are in the area again, we will certainly book.

Very accommodating, peaceful, carefree stay!

This property is gorgeous, and very convenient to the interstate. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. My husband and I stayed here with our 3yo son and it was the perfect weekend getaway. The cottage had everything we needed and more! It was clean, functional, and had such a unique charm. We will definitely come back.
