For the second time everything was fine exvept I could not connect to the internet with either my tablet or phone. Staff tried to help. Too late in tje day to wait for their specialsit. Whether it was me or the property I personally cant stay there again.

Don’t waste your money. Expensive for the place. 1.) We had stains on our sheets at check in. The sheets were put on backwards, and they had holes in them. The bedding is cheap and awful. 2.) The restroom had broken have glued on wall tiles. 3.) The staff are inconsiderate, loud and rude. They were yelling in the halls at 8am. The manager on site was extremely rude to his employees cleaning. Arguing went on for 30 minutes. 4.) Before check in, I sent an email to make the hotel aware I had a service dog. At check in, the service dog was with me. We did all the necessary steps to ensure the hotel was made well aware of service dog. Considering the no dog policy at the hotel. A few days after check in, as we’re entering the hotel in the evening, the front service desk guy is yelling at us, and asking questions. He could’ve been more polite and asked us to go speak to him at the desk. Not yell across the lobby, as we’re carrying stuff inside the room, and inside the elevator.

Bed bugs

Upon. Entering the hotel room, I did notice a tiny tiny bug I brushed it off ... The next morning.I woke up with about. Twenty five fresh cluster raised bumps on my neck behind the ears my upper arms, top breast.. needless to say, I cut my time short and left right away, came home, took off everything outside.Put it in a plastic bag downstairs to the laundry room... This is a huge deal.I will not be going back to any hotels thanks to Best Western.. i was wondering why aren't customers compensated for their troubles of annoying nuisance bed bugs.. never in my life, have I ever got bitten by a bed bug?Totally totally disappointed... upon leaving before my stay was over customer service had the look on their face as if they knew why I was leaving.. They couldn't even look at me and ask about my stay.... if I could suggest anything it would be have a bedbug sniffing dog and do something about it

This was the worst place. The bed was so hard and you could feel the Springs in the hard mattress! They dont recycle plastic there. I would never recommend it.

I booked two queen beds room, but it's not available at check-in. The hotel staff upgraded the room to a king bed with pull-out bed. The room was spacious, nice and clean. We were happy with the arrangement. The staff recommend a restaurant (Chelo's) near by, that we also enjoyed very much.

our flight arrived after 10pm. We had to wait awhile for the shuttle. Our room was very clean; the bathroom small; the bed comfy but dipped. breakfast was ok.

Front desk and housekeeping staff were friendly and overall it was clean but really dark and dank. Nothing to do except sleep and the bathrooms are really small. I booked a standard room and there was very little space to get ready. The sink / mirror was also outside the bathroom so you will wake the rest of the room if you get ready early. The breakfast was just ok, not sure why others thought it was good and the attendant was not friendly. Overall, I’ve had a better experience in other hotels. For $170 I will go elsewhere next time.

When I checked in, I had to sign a paper that had different prices for each of the 4 nights I stayed. I actually didn’t get to see the price of the fourth night because “ the printer cut it off”. I was told to ask for an itemized bill at checkout. The confirmation email I got from Expedia had one price listed per night and that price never appeared anywhere when I checked in! The total stay amount did match the email amount but it somehow feels shifty when you expect to see the same as the email when you check in but see something else. I very much did not understand.

Breakfast had nice options including fresh yogurt with toppings. Nice to have toasters separate from pick up items to keep congestion down. When we first arrived, our room given to us smelled strongly of smoke. We asked to be moved. One of the staff realized he should have taken this room out of service. The new room assigned didn't smell and it was a suite which was considerate, but the window was cocked and would not close completely so it was loud. Also, room air controls did not work very well. It was ok - it just didn't react as you would expect. The biggest problem was lack of wifi internet. Neither or our two phones or laptop would connect. The staff was able to get wifi working at front desk, but as soon as I went back to second floor, it dropped off. Wifi did not work for me the entire time I was there. I made it clear to the staff that it didn't work. They claimed they would call tech support - I don't know if they did or didn't, but wifi was not available to me which made things very inconvenient. Shower was mediocre at best. This hotel needs some attention.

Waited 45 MINUTES to check in. No one was working the desk. Staff finally shows up and says “sorry but I am the only one working and I had to go to the airport”. My room smelled like dirty socks and pepper. I can’t believe this place has 8.6 stars. Pay the extra and stay down the street. You will be glad you did!

Upon arrival gentleman at desk was on his phone and trying to disconnect from what seemed to be a personal call. Room had a mildew type odor to it and the ac/heating unit would not move out of the “cool mode”. They did offer another room, but opted not too because it was just for one night.
