Had stay there and was disappointed how lack of maintenance has allowed property to become outdated and unkept. Lacked proper coffee / tea in room setup. Breakfast was minimal at best and even lacked milk for cereal. Lack of available towels in pool area. Very disappointed

This hotel has potential but there are some maintenance issues that need to be addressed. Over all we were comfortable, so hopefully the management will address the things which needs repairing.

Utilized this property as opposed to higher priced options in Newport. This property had an indoor pool and free breakfast. The pool had too much chlorine, but the kids enjoyed it. The breakfast was really good for my family of five. Probably saved me 80 to 100$.

The hotel needs some TLC. The breakfast was ok, the waffle machine was malfunctioning. The laundry room had 1 washer and 1 dryer, we ended up visiting a nearby laundromat.
