Check in staff were very pleasant and friendly, room was nice and comfortable. The biggest downfall of our stay was our room was near the elevator and (guessing when used) it was extremely noisy which includes through the night. Definitely not a good night sleeping (bed was very comfy).

Rooms were very clean, parking was extremely easy. There was a nice restaurant in the hotel. It was located right in the middle of where I wanted to be, which was near the Amica pavilion. Very happy with everything.

The woman who checked us in was the friendliest, funniest, kindest person ever! The parking was super easy, which I always appreciate (and CHEAP). It was in the perfect location and we got an Uber super quick to get to the concert we were attending. The room was comfortable and updated and I highly suggest and would return whenever I come to Providence.

The accommodations were satisfactory, though not exceptional. The hotel's pricing structure appears to involve significant upcharges for various amenities, with a minimal provision of complimentary services. For instance, a garment steamer was not available, in room water incurred a charge, and parking was priced at $32 per night, which is considerably higher than the $12 per night rate offered by a nearby facility. Furthermore, breakfast and toiletries were not included. Given the room rate of nearly $300 per night, I had anticipated a more comprehensive and value driven experience.

Room 809, it was a horrible night because of the noise coming from the elevator going up and down. Squeaking and roaring all the night. If you're sensitive to noise, you need to avoid this room.

Room smelled like burnt hair the entire time we were there. We thought there was something burning and checked the whole room over. When we told an employee they just said “sorry about that” … nothing more. And there were people fighting in the middle of the night and they were screaming at each other and slamming their door. Woke me up. Also the morning we left they were still yelling at each other and the vent in our bathroom projected it all.
