Horrible location with potentially homeless people lingering around right in front. Leaning on our car while trying to check in. Hotel is old and not even close to a 4* hotel. Will never stay again. Staff were very friendly and tried to be accommodating.

The stay was just ok. For a hotel across from a soup kitchen and with a noticeable amount of unhoused individuals loitering nearby, there should be better security measures in place (e.g., a door person late night, required card swipes for access to the building, etc.). Our tv did not have cable and that was only discovered late night when no one was available to remedy the issue.

Overall everyone was nice and friendly. The restaurant and bar were dead. We visited the bar for a night cap and the bar manager was defensive when we asked her about the bar menu and asked her to make a drink that wasn't on the menu. The hotel is across the street from a soup kitchen and there were lines of people waiting for food across the street.

I thought the lobby looked nice, but my room was old and run down. The best thing about my room is the size of the bathroom. It was large but no counter space for my toiletries. The staff was no very friendly, especially the person that checked me in. She looked and acted unprofessional. She didn’t tell me about my $15 food & drink credit nor the free breakfast.

Very nice stay

Great stay, centrally located, friendly staff, nice coffee/cookie/water/ hot chocolate service 24/7. Nice to have full breakfast included. Gym was adequate, room was spacious, bathroom was fine, water was very slow to get hot, but otherwise it was all a nice place to stay and would stay again.
