Sehr schönes Appartement

Das Appartement war sehr schön. Gute Lage in der Stadt. Einziger kleiner Nachteil war die etwas knappe Ausstattung an Tellern und Besteck. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Kommunikation war top.

Clean, but Needs a Little Love

We had a nice time here, it was quiet and clean, but there were a couple things that could have been better: all of the pans are really badly chipped Teflon, so not really usable, making preparing a meal not really doable, despite the lovely kitchen. The tea kettle’s plastic handle was badly melted. The microwave door is taped together. The bathroom towels were small and thin—not the fluffy one’s in the picture.The pictures in the listing also show a treadmill in the workout area in the basement, which we thought might be a cool extra, but there was no treadmill. The area around the house lacks any landscaping, even though there is a great sunset view from the back, where it would be awesome to have a small sitting area. The beds are okay, but not very comfortable, one bedroom is very small, with the door hitting up against the bed. The “fireplace” is just an electric display with a note saying not to use the heating feature. Replacing things once they are damaged (like all the cookware) and adding a few cozy & unique touches, some artwork for instance, or plants, would really add to the homey feel and comfort of the apartment.

We visited Providence to see friends. Biggest critiques-if you have an SUV you cannot park in the lot; the car is too large. There is no treadmill. There is a tiny space in the basement with weights only. I booked this vbro due to gym availability as I am a competitive athlete and was disappointed to see no cardio equipment. There is an outdoor running trail about a mile away. There was also only 1 functional washer and dryer.Very clean, we enjoyed 3 bedrooms and the kitchen. Overall great stay!

We are from the area and needed a place to stay for a few days while we had some work done on our house. From start to finish Graham was responsive, courteous, and understanding. Providence Pad

Nice neighborhood, clean pad, everything in good shape with a parking spot. Nice coffee shop and YMCA for a workout in walking distance. We stayed on the first floor and it was noisy when folks from other apartments were coming home and walking around above.

Lovely and comfortable rental in Providence!

This place was so nice. Stayed here for 10 days while touring Rhode Island. Lots to do and see. All sightseeing was done on a daily basis. Left in the morning and returned home in evening. Unfortunately never had a chance to meet Graham. Did have one issue in the basement. Graham was out of town but left us the name of another person to contact. That person solved our problem immediately! Thank you Peter! You can’t go wrong with this rental.

Great apartment close to downtown!

This apartment was exactly as listed and was a great space for myself and my family after a long day. We did rent a 4Runner that was a little difficult to park in back of the house but the owner provided us a parking pass for the street out front. Great communication with the owner and there weren’t a ton of rules that needed following in order to check out. It was great for me, my husband and our 2 adult children. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed our stay! Very clean, great attention to detail, welcoming, easy to communicate with. Nice area too, but a bit farther from train station and RISD than we realized. Needs a new mattress and pillows in main room but other than that, I’d recommend it!
