Wonderful apartment in a great location. Planned to stay for two nights but was snowed in during the record breaking blizzard in Providence. We were forced to stay an additional night and Graham was incredibly accommodating. He was in constant communication with us during and after the storm. We would happily stay there again.

The apartment is beautiful, and Graham was a lovely host. He left us welcome messages on the door and on the fridge. My four grandkids, (2 adults and 1 teen) and I came up from CT to go to Comic Con at the RI Convention Center. The apartment was very convenient. We made good use of the vast entertainment options and watched the new "Frankenstein" on Netflix. The seperate heating and cooling units throughout made for a very comfortable stay, and no one complained that they were too hot or too cold, which was a gigantic win.The only caveat was the driveway. I HIGHLY suggest pulling both your side mirrors in before you attempt it. I drove ambulances in NYC. I knew I had it, but the lack of confidence expressed by everyone else in the SUV was disheartening! Driveway aside, we had a wonderful time in Providence. The Con was amazing, and Graham's apartment was the perfect place to relax after walking & walking & walking.I definitely recommend this booking, and we'll be looking to stay here again for next year's Con. Thank you, Graham!

Graham is so wonderful to coordinate with. The apartment was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of parking. They have a laundry room which is a plus with an infant. They also have a small crib and baby chair in case you need it. We will definitely have to stay there again. Very positive experience.

We visited the area for the first time and really enjoyed ourselves. Close to everything. One of my kids had a sporting event in Foxboro where we found it difficult to obtain a reasonably priced but yet a nice clean place to call home for a few days. Check-in was super easy.The “Rhody” exceeded all our expectations.Easy commute to anywhere via interstate. Beautiful clean rooms with full kitchen. It was very hot during our stay and the rooms were all equipped with their own A/C units that worked great and made for comfortable sleeping. Nice walkable cafes in the area.Graham the host was very responsive if we had a question. This will likely be our go to spot next visit.Thanks Graham.

Great Stay- Family Friendly

Took my two girls here to go visit some colleges in the area. Everything in the apartment was very clean and very accommodating, with well thought out details with a cozy vibe. A cute little bake shop is located a couple blocks down the road which made for a nice morning walk to go, grab some coffee, an egg sandwich, and back the next day for some baked goods to bring home. The neighborhood seems to be very family friendly, and it was fun talking to some of the people that live in the area. The apartment itself is very much what the photos and description provide. I felt very safe and at home during our stay. Lovey place!

Perfect weekend!

This apartment had all of our needs! Plenty of space for 6 people to sleep and hang out comfortably, 10 minutes from everywhere as well. Graham is an incredible host and easy to reach via text. The house was so so so cute and homey and we used the travel planning guide every day we were there. Truly happy with the experience!

Wonderful experience!

We had a perfect stay! Graham was incredibly responsive! The unit was very clean and there were some really nice touches such as some little snacks and filtered water. Each bedroom has a sound machine which was a surprise and helpful to get a good nights sleep. Beds were very comfortable! Towels and bedding was perfect. We truly enjoyed our stay! Only comment would be if you have a difficulty with stairs, you may want to rent the first floor. Thank you!!
