We had the most wonderful time at the Grandview! Charles and Regina made sure we had everything we needed and the place was immaculate. Steps from the pool and beach - could not ask for a better location. The beach was nearly empty on account of the Silly Season, which was quite enjoyable. Would absolutely stay here again. We just returned from paradise. The view from the back patio (see photo) was breathtaking—lush gardens, a serene pool, and just steps to the ocean. The location couldn’t have been better: everything was within a 5-minute drive, and we loved being able to walk over to Pelican Bay for a great latte or an exceptional meal. The property was spacious and beautifully maintained, with room for everyone to relax comfortably. Our hosts were truly outstanding—thoughtful, responsive, and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Wonderful stay from start to finish! There is no better place to stay than Grace Bay beach and this unit is perfect for a family! Very spacious and comfortable. Beach access and chairs are right outside your door! Everything was just as pictured. Condo was very well equipped with all the necessities. Gia was a wonderful hostess and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the week. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back!

Outstanding full experience

Property is very nice, location is excellent and Turks overall is one of the best places in the Caribbean. Grace Bay is highly rated for a reason - superb water and sand, and atmosphere. Having a private pool is great value. Regina is a gem and the place receives my highest compliments.

Beautiful Condo

The condo was beautiful, the ocean was amazing, and there were lots of things to do. My overall rating of 3 was due to other guests at the condo. There was one large group staying in two different units. There were multiple children ranging from 2-9ish and the parents would leave then unattended in the pool area for hours at a time. The children would throw food in the pool, leave dirty dishes, towels, and toys all over the pool area. The unattended food was drawing in seagulls. The children would run and jump in the hot tub with their toys while other (age appropriate) guests were trying to relax. The parents were rude and were very inconsiderate of other guests and the property. All of this, for a week straight, took away from our overall experience. That being said, the property manager and grounds employees were incredibly friendly.

Incredible Visit

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. The location was great - a short drive or walk to most of the restaurants we ate at, and it was nice being able to simply walk out to the pool or beach. The condo was in excellent condition, and it had plenty of room for our family of four.

Perfect Second Home!

The Unit met all our first time to TCI as a family of 5 with teens (age 13-15) needs & expectations. Charles & Regina were extremely attentive to questions & needs. It is a 15-20 min walk to Salt Mills Plaza. Unit met all our needs & then some. Make sure you make note of the unit agreement upon booking with the Unit Number. This was only reference I could find post arriving at the building, and attempting to figure out where to go, in the heat. Regina was present waiting for us to knock and upon arrival and went over all the home had to offer. Ask how to lock and unlock the door. Regina will go out of her way to make your stay just like home. I recommended adding a Kcup coffee machine in the future and it was at the unit the next day! She is also available to stock your refrigerator and cabinets, plus a mid week cleaning. The unit has a gorgeous view. Walk out to pool and beach is a few steps pass the pool. Below is good to know with location of the unit: *Pelican bay has daily half price drinks. You can access via beach (right side of Grandview if looking at water) or out the gate and across the lot *Grace Bay Club (access via beach (left side of Grandview if looking at water)) - has amazing tacos at Krave (lunch only) (Taco beach stand was closed for construction while we were there but same tacos); Element bar/restaurant beautiful fire pits, wine bar and I hear great food ( my teens didnt want to eat here); and The Grille is a great lunch spot.

Amazing condo

We had the best time at this Condo. Regina welcomed us with water and fruit as we arrived from our delayed flight. She was so nice and explained everything about the condo. The condo was stocked with detergent (all free and clear), Ziploc bags, aluminum foil, paper plates, paper towels, toilet paper. There were 5 beach towels and plenty of bath towels. We traveled with my 2 parents, myself and my husband, and our 2 year old and 9 month old. There was a lotus travel pack n play in the room which fit well under the Slumberpod we brought. We had our son sleep in the large master bathroom and there was still so much room. Our 2 year old slept in the master in the pack n play we brought with us. The condo is beautiful and bright. The location is perfect. We were able to be at the pool while the kids would nap and the baby monitor still worked. The WiFi worked well, and they have Netflix on the tv too! The beach was beautiful. We walked along the beach and even through Villa renaissance resort (where we considered staying) and we were so happy we chose this condo instead. It was just perfect for what we needed for our family. We would love to stay here again in the future. We just wouldn’t travel on a Saturday again because of the airport.

Couldn't ask for a better place to stay

This was our first time staying at Grandview and it was absolutely incredible. Working with Charles and Regina was so easy. Charles answered all of my myriad of questions before our stay and Regina met us at the room once we arrived and went through everything with us. The location is perfect. Right on a great stretch of one of the best beaches in the world. We cannot recommend Grandview enough and are looking forward to another stay soon!

I've been to T&C four times now and have always stayed at hotels. I'm so glad I opted to stay in the condo this time around. It's a perfect location, super clean and very well appointed. This Property is a Little Gem

Ground floor, walk-out unit - super convenient. The view is incredible! Regina, the property manager, was warm and friendly and met us upon arrival to give us the keys and a rundown of the apartment. A fruit tray & water were waiting for us in the fridge as a welcome gift - such a nice touch. The apartment was very clean & well-furnished. The kitchen has SS appliances and is stocked with small appliances (toaster, blender, Mr Coffee machine (cone filters), microwave, electric teapot) and lots of accessories for your cooking, baking, and cocktail-making needs. The AC worked perfectly & the water pressure was great. The property is well maintained including the pool & hot tub. The beach in front of the property was clean and quiet. Chairs & umbrellas were set up each morning; beach towels were supplied in our unit. No housekeeping services were provided during our stay, but you could make arrangements with Regina for a mid-week cleaning if needed. The cable TV worked great with access to Netflix, but the internet didn't always cooperate so that could be frustrating. Large screened-in porch with a lounge chair, table seating for 4, and a storage box filled with beach toys and floats. Paddleboard also available. We rented a car during our stay which made going to the market and getting around at night easy and convenient; we never had a problem finding parking anywhere. We really enjoyed our stay. Best trip ever!! Amazing accommodations, great welcoming team and unbeatable location.

We stayed for 1 week on Dec. 2023 with our family of 4 adults and 2 kids (2 and 6). The unit is exactly as pictured but even more spacious than expected! Two full baths, and tons of room for us and all our stuff. Regina was our in-person resource and was unbelievable warm and helpful. Charles helped with the booking and was responsive and prompt when we sent random questions and gave great recommendations. The location is the real selling point. The unit is ground level with walk out directly to the pool and hot tub, and the beach. The beach was gorgeous -- water was calm and clear, and the sand was fine and soft. It was amazing to have such direct beach access since it allowed us to easily go back and forth for several beach visits and going between the beach and pool through the day. The unit is also well stocked with pool and beach toys, as well as a stand-up paddle board. Many shops and restaurants are within walking distance, but we were glad we brought our stroller for the kids! It was about 15-20 minutes to the grocery store and main drag. We really had the best week, and we will definitely be back to the Grandview and specifically to this unit!!

Relaxing beach time

We had a wonderful experience with this property. It was very convenient and private. Our beach chairs were set up every morning. The property was clean and neat. We were welcomed personally and even had a great left for us in the kitchen. The pool and beach were so close that it worked out great having a baby and going back for naps. I would recommend a stay on Grace Bay!!

Amazing condo

Property is first class and fantastic location within walking distance to many restaurants and directly ocean front. Less crowded on the beach because the density of guest is lower than other resorts. Always a chair and umbrella available. Sand and water in front of the property is perfect and very quiet. Great for relaxing. Interior furnishings were top notch and very comfortable from the beds to the family room and kitchen. Will definitely stay again if visiting this part of Provo.

Wonderful stay on Grace Bay

We had such a great time! The condo was super clean and very well stocked with everything we needed. It even had a yoga mat, bug spray, and lots of beach toys/inflatables. The beds were super comfortable. The location can’t be beat, right on the beach but also walkable to a lot of restaurants and shopping. We rented a car because my husband and son went golfing and we wanted to check out some restaurants that were further away but a car really isn’t necessary if you’re good with a little walking. Charles and Regina were a pleasure to work with. There was a large fresh fruit tray and 2 big bottles of water waiting for us upon checkin which was unexpected but greatly appreciated. Regina was also super nice to let us checkout a little late and when our rental car battery died right after we checked out, she let us wait for our ride back inside the condo. We loved our stay so much that we booked again for next year. We had to book a different condo because this exact one wasn’t available for our dates but it’s nearly identical. Can’t wait to stay at Grandview again!

Excellent Property

The condo is located on a great part of Grace Bay and this ground floor unit is just steps from the pool and beach. Well furnished, clean and excellent hosts. Highly recommended.

Beautiful inside and out!

This unit is top notch both inside and out. The place was perfect for our family of 4 (2 teenage kids). Having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (master was huge) was very nice. Also having a kitchen while on vacation is nice to help cut down on the amount of times you have to eat out. Eating b-fast and lunches in was nice as could sit by pool/beach in between without having to venture out. The kitchen is VERY well stock and has plenty of plates, bowls, silverware so not having to wash all the time (also has soft sided coolers to use, so we didn't need to use ours). The unit also came with plenty of water toys - floats, noodles and even a paddle board - which my kids loved. The only change I would make is to have overhead lighting added to the 2nd bedroom, so can turn on light when walk in without having to get to lamp to turn lights on. As far as location - this unit is on first floor so might not have the same views as 2nd/3rd floor units (you can still see water), but was SO convenient when coming back from pool/beach we could walk right into our unit and didn't have to walk around to the other side of the unit where the stairs are located. We had a rental car for the first few days and parking at unit was easy and always available. We then walked into town on other days - either via the beach or street. It did get a bit hot doing this a few times, but is totally doable if you don't mind a walk. We were traveling with some friends that were staying at The Ritz and showed them our place and they are totally going to keep this place in mind for when they return. The staff from owners, Charles and Regina were amazing!!! I HIGHLY recommend this place - it is perfect!!!
