It was our first time to TC (Girls Trip). The townhome exceeded our expectations!!!! We had plenty of room, the property was very clean, although tucked away it was conveniently close to everything. The staff, Keisha and Daniel were amazingly accommodating and resourceful. We will definitely return to this property soon... 10/10

Daniel was so very nice & always had a cart ready to take us to the beach. Near a few different restaurants (Hemingsway & Mr. grouper were my favorites) Shawnette was a great host. Daily clean up service. Room looks just like the pics.

The Seascape was lovely and so were the staff, particularly Alex, Daniel and Shawnette. I would stay here again under the right circumstances, but here are the things should should know; PROS - We stayed in a king bed room and it is exactly as you see in the photos. Very modern, stark white and clean. The beds, though very firm, were comfortable for us. Water pressure in the shower is wonderful. The pool area is clean and peaceful, but the mosquitos kept us away from enjoying it. We had a car so we didn't use it, but Daniel was ready to shuttle to the beach, which is less than five mins away, upon request. The location is very accessible to the main strip of Grace Bay, as well as Leeward Highway which gives you access to the rest of the island. CONS - There is one small window in the room which receive ZERO natural light and the recessed lighting is doctor's office bright. There is one bedside table lamp and that is what we used for light most of the time, because the sterile bright white light of the overheads was very unappealing. The placement of the outlets was such that we had to rearrange furniture to be able to use some of our accessories. We asked about an extension cord and were told to 'make do'. The stairs, corridors and room are all appointed with the same white tile. It looks very nice but when it rains, which it does often, it becomes a very slippery hazard. Drainage across the entire island is a problem and the Seascape is no exception. Enjoy your stay!

I truly enjoyed our experience and will definitely be revisiting. The staff was amazing and made our stay at the resort a pleasant experience.
We chartered a boat ride. This was amazing.

The beaches are so beautiful, I can’t imagine that this is a “real place”🤣🤣
We recommend this rental car company. They were just amazing and reasonable to work with.

My stay was absolutely fantastic from check in to check out. Everyone was absolutely helpful, especially the hotel manager. She helped with any questions I had, especially for it being my first time in the Caribbean. The property is large, but felt very homey. The pool being 24 hours is a major plus for the warm evenings. Only a 6 min drive to the main part of the island.

The hotel is nice but Daniel (staff member) made our stay there wonderful! Daniel went above and beyond and we were so grateful he was on shift everyday of our stay. He helped us with excursions, taxis, food recommendations, you name it! The only con was we didn’t really care for the woman who works in the office during the day. Overall would stay again. SN: Mr grouper’s (popular restaurant) is within walking distance. The hotel has dedicated golf carts to take you to and from the beach (very short trip), rooms are spacious, beds are very comfortable, and the entire property is very well kept and clean.

This property gets an overall 3/5 There was a draining problem in our bathroom sink (the water filled up when on) so naturally this added to the time it takes to brush your teeth/wash your face (unless you’re okay with the water splashing) *im not* The house keeping staff came daily so that was a plus but I’m used to having bedding changed out every few days (this didn’t happen, I’m sure you can request it) There was no breakfast or anything like that and the one location they drive you on the golf cart isnt a breakfast spot. The few breakfast areas were located 1mile from the hotel which is advertised as a 5min walk, I assure you it is not a 5min walk as that’s about the time it took the taxi to drive us each day ($12 to and from) if you’re like me you’ll probably want to explore a bit and that naturally adds to the cost of getting a taxi back to the hotel. I would like if even water was a daily complimentary thing especially since nothing was complimentary after day one. Turks and Caicos was reviewed as a pricey vacation based on what I researched ahead of time so one reason I picked this hotel was because the advertising of being so close to Grace bay but to walk everyday for over a mile while on vacation just to start your morning with some breakfast? It wasn’t really worth it in my opinion. I would rather have paid extra for a hotel with either complimentary breakfast or one on the strip (the hotel recommended a rental which was about $$$ for the 5days)
