The room was very clean. I didnt see one mosquito or bug in my room and the room was just steps to the beach. Staff was very attentive. Bay Bistro is right there if you get hungry. They have great breakfast. One other thing I loved is they had aloe plants in the garden and on the balconies. Extremely thoughtful and useful. The only thing i could criticize is maybe the pool. Although staff took care of the pool every day it wasn't very appealing but the beach is steps away.

The property is charming, quaint & well kept. The beach is beautiful as is the restaurant. Margaret in the restaurant was such a sweetheart, & Stacy & Pansy at front desk made sure that their guest were well cared for.

Room was as expected, nice and clean, A/C worked A+, internet was great reachable even from the beach. Nice reception CSR, the only draw back was the hotel being constructed in the back (however noise was minimal, but it takes out the charm of the hotel & place).

This is a very quaint and charming hotel that takes you back in time…very clean room and comfortable bed…property was well maintained and right on the beach with beautiful views….really enjoyed our stay here and the staff was very nice and accommodating

Great place and location on the beach. Hotel was clean and well maintained. What we didn’t like was the pool being dirty looking and down for most of the time we were there. Also the bed was lumpy and bumpy. Good place overall.

This place was probably once a great place to stay? Lots of construction happening around them which is not their fault. However, staff isn’t very friendly, pool is ridiculous, and everything feels tired. We were hoping for a boutique hotel feel but honestly wished we would have chosen a different property.

It did the job. It's not a 5 star resort so don't expect that. We had a clean place to sleep. The staff were nice. The attached restaurant was AMAZING. Food might have been the best I had the whole trip. Atmosphere is perfection

The property is nice. Directly on the Beach with chairs and umbrellas. Pool was mediocre. The attached independent restaurant overlooking and on the beach is quite convenient and good and it is open for the three meals. Lovely plantings on the grounds. Rooms are nice but not Luxurious. The Second story rooms have balcony with ocean views. Staff is welcoming and friendly and helpful. It is a boutique hotel next to and in between resorts. There is overnight security as with most resorts. Hurricon Erin passed through our stay and it is a sound structure being right on the beach with no issues except ponding on the road.

The staff at Sibonné were very friendly and helpful. Hurricane Erin was offshore but managed to bring a lot of rain and heavy winds. The staff brought me a flashlight in case the power went out. The location is perfect on Grace Bay. The rooms were very clean. Bistro Bay is on the property. The food was delicious with very friendly staff. Overall a nice stay considering my vacation was cut a day short with the weather.

I cried myself to sleep 2 nights in a row due to being upset. The hotel is not like what was shown when booking. I am looking about getting a refund. Had to change rooms twice. The showers was extremely small, television did not work in one of the rooms and another the AC was not working, when asked for it to get checked out that took all day, did not get to use the room till after 9pm. I still can not believe how horrible my experience was ☹️

I liked the location and the beach! The property was not kept up. First impression the entry way was dirty! The reception was full of of stuff and the girl that checked us in very unpleasant The bathroom was outdated, the door was water warped and dirty as it was the plastic shower curtain I am not sure how people give this property 9 and 10. Expedia should request updated pictures for sure.
