We had a great time in PTown and the rental place and location enhanced our experience. The apartment was clean and ready for our arrival. Although located on Commercial St., the place was quiet and the alley leading to the apartment gave us easy access to unload the car and our dogs. Great place and definitely will choose it again.

Place was cute. Great location. Steps away from Commercial st. We tried to use the grill but couldn’t get it to turn on. We also could not find the blender. This charming little place added to our great stay. We would love to stay again!!! Meatball loved the blue chair.

Wonderful spot in the heart of it all!!

We're very impressed with this property! Nestled in the center of Commercial St, you're in the middle of everything that's happening. The description does specify that things get noisy around the property, and while that is true, we loved being able to hear the partying around us. Everything you need is at most a 5 minute walk away, and there's plenty of bike options around town to go further. The space was incredibly clean and tidy and the owners made it easy to check in and out. The property came with clean towels, cleaning supplies, hygiene supplies, and clean linens. There's so much character around this spot, it's truly a gem. We're definitely going to be coming back!
Beautiful views of the Pilgrim Monument, Coastline Tattoo, and the Bob Gasoi Memorial Art Alley. All visible right from the front door!

Little get away .

Was perfect for a little getaway . Conveniently located right in the middle of everything. Walk to shops , restaurants, the beach, whale watching etc. Just enough space for 2 people . Maybe next time we can stay longer.

Convenient location, great amenities

We had a great week staying at this location. Check in was easy and everything was as listed. Location was perfect, very easy to get to and from the ferry and see the local sites of Commercial street. Accommodations, especially bed and shower were great.

Very disappointing! We rented this unit based on the pictures and reviews. The pictures show the unit as bright and airy , but it is, in fact very dark and dank with little to no sunlight. this is because the unit is in an ally with the bottom window panes covered with an opaque film to provide privacy. In addition, the unit was surface cleaned; it is badly in need of a deep clean. The worst part is that the unit is damp and smells very musty. The AC does not remove the moisture from the air so that everything- furniture, bedding, floors, cabinets and even your clothes were constantly damp-hence the smell. The property manager was responsive to our AC complaint and cleaned the AC filters the next day but that wasn't the problem with it and did not help the AC problem. In addition, since we were only left with 1 towel set each, he provided us with an additional set from his home. We left halfway through our vacation because it felt unhealthy to even be there. We notified the property manager of our departure and a few days later got an email from the owner who offered us $500 in exchange for not writing a review. This obviously explains why there is only 1 bad review for this sub-par unit. Instead, the owner should use the money to pay for a deep clean and repair of the air conditioners.

Deceptive

Upon arrival i noticed the place was a bit run down, weeds everywhere. Some freshly planted flowers or window flower boxes would have given the place some promise. We were told that there were laundry facilities on the 2nd floor of Coconuts, there was a door labeled 'Wash' but we were never given the keypad code to use the facilities. When we walked into the place i was surprised that they didnt have a dimmer switch in the Living Room. Would have made the space more cozy and romantic. The most disappointing was when i went to use the bathroom and almost fell right off the seat cover. It was extremely loose and a crutial piece missing. We had to use 2 sided tape to keep the seat from sliding left and right. We even tried tightening it. Didn't help. I told the Property Manager about it and also mentioned that a big part of me picking your guest house over others was 1st the location 'Center of Provincetown' you really lived up to its name and i wanted to stay at a place that had a 'Hot tub'. This property was listed on Vrbo app for having a hot tub and much to my disappointment didnt have one when we got there. Come to find out from the Property Manager that my unit never had a hot tub. But i told him specifically for this property that i booked it based on this unit listing a hot tub. I even printed out a copy. Its funny after mentioning that to the property manager when i went back onto the Vrbo app the hot tub listing had surprisingly vanished. False advertise

Bait & Switch - DIRTY & GROSS

The VRBO rental was disgusting! The pictures do not reflect the condition of the unit. Yes, it’s in a convenient location but does not mean you need to compromise on cleanliness! The unit was not clean, it smelled of musty cigarettes and dirty funky body odor! Also, it’s a split unit with an upstairs. There is a door on the other side of the master bedroom door, which says to keep closed. The girls got locked out and they proceeded to break in through my bedroom window. They were absolutely out of control! Loud and rude. You can hear everything that goes on upstairs! I came all the way from California for a break! I was so disappointed, I left because I could not sleep in my clothes another day or on top of the disgusting towels I laid on the bed! I just can't believe the gross towels offered, dirty sheets and disgusting comforter! There was a bath towel - cloth used for the kitchen. Also, someone left a towel on the floor to catch water to shower! If you are paying for cleaning services, well you need to hire someone who knows what they are doing! There were finger prints on the mirrors, microwave, and glass table! Crumbs and hairs on the dinnette chairs! Gross gross gross! Grains of sand were in the sheets and on the floor as well! And shame on the cleaning company! I want a refund please!!!! I took pictures of everything!!!
