Lobby was locked after midnight and I had to go around the building in my handicap scooter while rolling my suitcase! Did not realize that checkout wax at 11:00 am. Staff knocked on my door waking me up and when I said I needed 30 minutes, they said, I’ll give you fifteen. When they returned and I was not ready they said, I will charge you for another day if you don’t leave now! VERY RUDE!!! Will NEVER stay at this brand again!!’

Didn't have my reservation, but may be Expedia fault, manager did give me the rate. There was rarely anyone at front desk. No body wash or lotion. There was a half used bottle of shampoo. Continental breakfast all carbs.

First room I checked into had stains on the sheet that were crusty. They switched rooms but they still didn’t feel clean but with him standing in the room did not feel comfortable asking to just be reimbursed. I was checked out by 6am and also shows it’s pet friendly but in fact is not. He allowed my senior dog which was polite. But a lot of false advertising.

Rude service from the start, very loud room up until 10:00 PM, no coffee maker in room and not even microwaveable cups to make a cup of instant. Breakfast wasn’t even worth it, waffles, cold cereal, and bread. Not a single protein other than the milk for the cereal. Price was cheap and it was clean although the PTAC unit (HVAC) was noisy and needed cleaning as it stunk. You get what you pay for I guess. Would not stay here again…
