The bed was too short for my husband. I don’t know if it was my fault and ordered two double beds thinking I was getting two queen size beds or not. The French doors leading into the bathroom were very dirty. Food was good and well supplied.

Our room only had hot water and a missing smoke detector. It was also dirty all the walls had visible grime/spills/messes and sticky spots. The carpet had holes and the shower had rust. The front desk promotly gave us a new room. This room did have better floors but the cleanliness was not better. Very run down and worn rooms. I laughed the number of refrences to "landlord specials" that I could find. Were it not already so late and we just needed to get the kids to bed I would have moved to a different hotel. We won't be staying here again. The ac did run cold which was nice.

We arrived late at night after a long day of traveling, and nobody informed us at check-in that there was no hot water in the hotel, even though the staff was already aware of the issue. If we had known in advance, we could have decided whether to stay or not. This is a serious lack of transparency, and it completely ruined our experience. When we contacted customer service afterward, the hotel refused to take full responsibility and only offered a minimal compensation, which does not reflect the inconvenience caused. For a hotel under the Wyndham brand, this was very disappointing. Guests deserve to be properly informed about such major issues, especially before paying for the stay.

We arrived at 3PM and were checked into our room, but when we opened the door we realized that it only had one king bed. We booked a suite with a king bed and a sofa bed. I went downstairs and the man at the front desk said that our room was still being cleaned but we could check back around 4PM to see if it was ready. We went down to the pool then went out for dinner. When we got back to get into the correct room we were told that no suites were available. We had to downgrade to a room with two queen beds. They did offer a $30 refund but overall the experience was a disappointment.

Staff missing in action- Won't be back

Room was loud, thin walls, very loud a/c. No one would anwser the front desk phone or texting line. Tried calling 3 times. No one was at the desk saturday night at 5 pm either. They were nice enough to knock on my door asking if I was checking out an hour and half before it was time to leave. I won't be back.

It kinda bugged me.

The lobby seemed very clean, updated and gave me high hopes. When we got to the room, there were dead bugs all over the window sill and air conditioning unit. Some on the tv stand as well. I checked the beds and thankfully none in there, so I just cleaned them up and we stayed our one night. Was quite disappointed.
