The property was as advertised. Good location, near BYU, but not within easy walking distance. Street parking was easy and safe. Inside was clean and well maintained. Appreciated the well stocked kitchen with dishes, utensils, cookware, etc. Beds were comfortable with nice sheets and bath towels. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect for my family

We stayed at this property for a few days and it was perfect. I have kids ages 1, 5, 8, 11 & 14 and there was room for everyone and plenty for everyone to do. The yard is really nice and the location was close to several places we were visiting. The host was quick to respond and accommodating to get us a high chair and crib. We would love to stay there again.

Best place in Provo

The Stone family have the best place to stay in Prove. It a great location in a very upscale family neighborhood. No college kids around. Quiet, easy access. This home was the model for what all VRBO's should be. The beds were made up like a Christmas present. Tight corners and not a wrinkle on the sheets. Each room was true to a theme. The nautical room even had a crab pillow on the bed. The baths were perfect with towels perfectly center and folded in the cupboards. The kitchen had all the plates cups and bowls labeled where they are and where they go. The basement was perfect for our stay. The Stone family responded to all our request promptly. I recommend this place and will look them up on my next stay in Provo

Home away from home

We loved the open feeling of this place. Even though it is a basement suite, it was bright and open and homey. We felt like we were at home and were able to visit with our children in a comfortable place. The hosts were great, they made sure we felt welcome. We hope to stay again.

Clean, comfortable and great location

We stayed at this home for one week while my son attended a BYU sports camp. The location was perfect--just a five-minute drive to BYU. The house itself is very clean, nicely furnished and had everything we needed. My boys loved the pool table and air hockey table. Highly recommend.

Five Star Accommodations

This property is beautiful, comfortable, and well maintained. The owners were extremely responsive and helpful. All family members could relax and rejuvenate. BEST place for a Family of ALL ages!!!

We LOVED our stay at this home! This is the best kept secret for a family! We have 4 kids ranging from 5-17 and they all were entertained. The pool table and air hockey was hit for everyone. Our family loved watching movies and the hockey championship game in the theatre area. The yard was so much fun for everyone! The younger kids loved playing on the swings and ropes on the playground set. Everyone loved shooting hoops on the sports court. There is also a huge grass area where the kids could run around. The home was clean and decorated beautifully. The owners came down to meet us and were very welcoming. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. It was always very easy to get a hold of them if we needed anything. To sum up our stay, my 5 year old said he liked this trip better then our recent trip to Hawaii!

Spacious Apartment

We stayed in this spacious basement apartment while in town for a graduation. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient to BYU. The owners were friendly, welcoming, and easy to work with. We were grateful to have roomy accommodations, and the pool table was a bonus. We wished we had little ones with us to enjoy the cute little kitchen play area!

We stayed in this home for our daughter's graduation from BYU. Thr house is roomy and has a lot of beds. It is a comfy space and accommodated our group of 9. Wish it had cable as we had a hard time getting the NBA playoffs on the current TV set up but was still fine. Not too far away from Provo/Orem.

This was an awesome place to rent. So quiet and comfortble.

WE loved our stay here. It was so comfy and warm and we felt at home. We loved the location. The hosts were very helpful in every way. Our adult children loved to watch the FIFA world cup on the huge TV and theater seating. Great memories. Would definately rent again
