Rooms are sparsely appointed but served the purpose. My room was in the 3rd floor and I heard every door slam shut on the entire door. I don’t know whether the door slamming was from discourteous guests or staff.

No what I paid for and Nit helpful at all

When we booked the room it showed one way, when we arrived it was not what I paid for, I told the receptionist and she blamed hotels.com I called hotels.com and the said it wasn’t wrong, I stayed in the phone for 2h they said they will call me back to book a new hotel and that never happened, then the hotel Manager was rude as F**k and didn’t offer any solution whatsoever. Hotel Great, management and workers not so great.
