Estábamos en la habitación 305 y la segunda noche estuvo encendida una luz justo afuera de nuestra habitación toda la noche que iluminaba nuestra habitación. Muy difícil conciliar el sueño así.

This is a great place from which to explore the Historical Center of Puebla. Lots of great stuff within a few blocks. The rooms are just OK, and if you don’t like stairs, be aware there’s no elevator. Was fine for a short visit to this very interesting and beautiful city.

It was great for the price. Staff was also super friendly and helpful. Location couldn't be better. They offer complementary coffee and pastry in the morning which it was a nice addition.

The hotel staff were wonderful and so lovely. The property was very clean and had a great shower and toilet! Unfortunately, the traffic and sounds from the street could be heard in the room all throughout the night (quite loudly) as we had a street facing room. Also, the bathroom area, toilet and shower lights and fans were all motion sensor activated and as there was an issue with them while we were there (they were trying to get this fixed!) they would come on through the night which was quite noisy and bright. This was only an issue for me - I am a light sleeper - and not my friend who shared the room with me.

Great place to stay!

The nicest people you will meet. One block from the plaza and if you get a room not street-facing it is pretty quiet. They will keep your bags if you get there early/late. 2 small bottles of water per day. There is even coffee, tea and pastries in the morning. The ceilings are 10-12 feet and there is no elevator so you will get your workout! They are super accommodating; you just need to ask! Will stay there again, THANK YOU!!

TERRIBLE HOTEL

Lo único bueno es la ubicación, el cuarto no tenía aire, no servía la secadora de cabello, no servían las planchas que ya eran viejas y rotas, la televisión sólo contaba con 3 canales, para el segundo día los enchufes de luz ya no funcionaban, ya no servía la televisión. El baño muy improvisado, no había luz en la regadera. Y su personal sólo se limitaba a decir, “ay una disculpa”

Habitaciones limpias El personal muy amable, siempre dispuesto. Finca muy antigua, no recomendable para personas que no puedan subir escaleras. Muy céntrico y muy económico sin demeritar calidad.

La peor experiencia de un pseudo hotel

Un hotel que en su publicidad maneja publicidad engañosa. Ya está notificada la SECTUR sobre la realidad de éste “hotel “ que aunque muy económico, maneja fotografías editadas ya que nada que ver con la realidad
