Luke warm water in the shower, at best. Hair on the bathroom floor and on "fresh" towels. Room smelled like a mix of mold, mildew and wet dirty socks. There was a ton of hair floating on the surface of the pool which was totally disgusting so we couldn't use it. The air that blew out of the air conditioner smelled like a dirty toilet. I wouldn't stay here for $25 a night. Management simply advised to reach out to our booking agent. They apparently dont care about their guests or feedback.

We didn’t even stay. We had our dog with us. So they gave us a “pet room”. When we checked in and went to our room. The smell of urine was so strong it was overwhelming. Our dog never used the bathroom indoors. We didn’t even want to put her bed on the floor. We immediately asked for a refund. Just because it’s a “pet room” doesn’t mean it should stink like urine. The carpet hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. When we asked for a refund the lady at the counter said “I thought you would say that” She was very nice and gave us a refund. But they have to work on cleanliness.

Overall the property was very nice. I had a handicap and had to walk a long way on the 2nd floor because there were not enough King beds available on the ground floor. Conventional breakfast needs to be improved.

The hotel appeared clean and the room was spacious and comfortable, We were disappointed the hot tub was broken. We would not have booked this hotel if we had known this. Also, our room had a funky odor like wet dog. We killed a spider and two other bugs crawling on the floor.
