We had to wait for 30 minutes for a luggage cart because they only had 3 of them. Had to leave our pets in the car with AC running till we got a cart. And then got one that was all beat up rickety. All the compliments check in refreshments were discontinued. Cracked sink. It’s like someone bought a old hotel and put a false Hampton inn mask on it. broken down old noisy AC unit Not happy

Barking dogs throughout night!!!

This hotel was such a disappointment. Typically Hampton Inns are suitable accommodations but upon arrival (about 3:00 p.m.) the room adjacent to our 2 rooms had (at least) two medium to large dogs that had been left alone and were barking nonstop. After the front desk verified there were indeed dogs in the room (they were not registered with the hotel) I requested that either they move the dogs and their irresponsible/inconsiderate owner to another room or move our two rooms somewhere without barking dogs and I was told the situation would be “handled”. They “handled” the situation by charging the owner of the dogs the additional pet fee and we were awakened throughout the night by barking dogs. Needless to say the comfort of customers that didn’t lie & steal from them is unimportant and “doing the right thing” wasn’t even a consideration. Maybe Hampton Inns are no longer suitable accommodations? In the future I will only patronize hotels that do not allow dogs.
