Great apartment and great location!

The apartment is as advertised. The location is fantastic. Beach and walking trails are directly across the street. ( no up/down hills to get to all the locations at beach level). There are convenient small supermarkets and other supplies at the location and a short drive to large supermarkets and other stores. Apt 2424 (inside the view of pool area) has sun in the afternoon and evening. It has a great view of Teide and limited view of ocean. You can hear the waves breaking on the beach (very nice) The pool area is very clean and accessible Having a car was great for us since we did multiple trips up Teide and to large supermarkets and to Santa Cruz. We found one really good Italian restaurant (Rosas) within walking distance. It would be worthwhile to do some advance investigation to identify other good restaurants (which we didn’t do, and didn’t find) The north side of the island is full of trees and greenery. It was very nice for us. There was no noise near our apt, in fact the quiet was unexpected. There are live entertainment events at the apt complex on Fri and Sat nite that we stumbled on. It was great fun and chance to meet people. We would definitely recommend this location.

Appartement Puerto Cruz

Geräumiges, sehr gut ausgestattetes App., vor nicht allzu langer Zeit renoviert. Ausreichend großer Balkon mit Nachmittagssonne. Unter sehr netter deutscher Verwaltung. Lage in Puerto Cruz sehr gut zu Strand, Innenstadt und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Evtl. Leihwagen am besten über Thomas buchen. Dann ist ein Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage incl. Nur die Insel selbst ist leider nicht mehr das, was sie noch vor wenigen Jahren war. Horrender Verkehr, keine Parkplätze und überall Tretminen.

Wunderbarer Urlaub im Norden der Insel

Die Anlage und die Wohnung waren in guten Zustand. Ruhige Anlage mit schönen Pool. Wunderbare Lage, schöner Strand direkt vor der Tür, Fußläufig in die schöne Innenstadt mit tollen Lokalen.UND wir hatten wunderbares Wetter Ende Oktober!

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Wir hatten tolle 2 Wochen in dem Appartement. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist Traumhaft. Der Vermieter ist top. Antwortet innerhalb kurzer Zeit und findet für alles eine Lösung. Sehr zu empfehlen ist auf jeden Fall auch die Mietwagen Buchung über den Anbieter, da dann ein Tiefgaragen Platz zur Verfügung steht. Einen Parkplatz in der Umgebung zu finden ist quasi unmöglich.

Schöne Anlage in guter Lage

Nach drei Tagen und ein paar Telefonaten hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt im Bahia Playa 1. Die Fotos entsprechen ungefähr der Ausstattung und sind nicht auf dem aktuellsten Stand. Tipp allgemein: Wer sicher sein will, dass die Angaben auch der Realität entsprechen, sollte vor der Buchung Kontakt mit dem Vermittler/ Vermieter aufnehmen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Schönes Appartement mit einer grossen Terasse und schönem seitlichen Blick auf's Meer. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Einziger Minuspunkt: Wir hatten Westseite gebucht mit grosser Dusche. Bekommen haben wir Ostseite mit Badewanne und Duschbrause. War aber gemäss Vermieter ein Versehen. Er hat uns eine andere Wohnung angeboten aber nach einer Woche wollten wir nicht wegen einer weiteren Woche umziehen. Nun wir haben es überlebt. Sonst war die Wohnung wie im Inserat - Top. Zu empfehlen: Mietwagen vom Vermieter. Dabei ist ein Garageplatz was sehr von Vorteil ist. Parkplätze in der Nähe der Anlage sind meist besetzt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Appart très propre, vue superbe sur océan et bananeraie, très bien placé avec restaurant, bars et commerces à proximité, centre ville à 20 min. Mobilier un peu vieillot mais TV et wifi ok. Thomas notre hôte, sympa et arrangeant, facile à joindre. Excellent séjour.

Schöne Wohnung in perfekter Lage

Die Vermietung des Objektes verlief reibungslos. Die Wohnung liegt im 2. OG, Fahrstuhl ist vorhanden. Die Wohnung liegt fußläufig 15 Minuten von der Altstadt und 3 Minuten vom Playa de Jardin entfernt. Der Ausblick vom Balkon auf den Teide und aufs Meer ist toll. Auch die Poolanlage ist sehr gepflegt. Der Vermieter hat auf alle Anliegen sehr schnell reagiert. Einzig und allein die Hähne in der Bananeplantage nerven, so wie es auch schon andere in ihren Bewertungen geschrieben haben. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt!

Die Wohnung hält was sie auf den Bildern verspricht.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer großen Appartementanlage im 1.Stock. Die Anlage wie auch die Wohnung sind absolut sauber. Das Badezimmer mit seiner separaten Toilette wie auch der Rest der Wohnung sind sinnvoll eingerichtet. Einzig die Ablagemöglichkeiten für Einkäufe sind durch die gut gefüllten Schränke begrenzt. Von der großen Terrasse hat man einen angenehmen Blick in den Innenbereich der Anlage die mit Garten und Poollandschaft schön gestaltet ist. Den Blick zum Meer konnten wir nur im Stehen genießen, da ein Querbau den Straßenverkehr abschirmt. Durch die Ausrichtung der Wohnung ist die Sonnenbestrahlung auf den Vormittag begrenzt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist nett und unkompliziert. Auf Anfragen kam in kürzester Zeit eine Antwort per Mail, Social Media oder Anruf. Zu empfehlen ist auch der Mietwagen der durch den Vermieter angeboten wurde. Im Preis enthalten ist ein Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage des Nebengebäudes was sich an sonnigen Tagen (hohe Strandauslastung) als sinnvoll herausstellte.

Gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer super Lage. Zwar ist man in Zentrumsnähe, jedoch ist diese Ecke der Stadt sehr ruhig (auch bedingt durch die angrenzende Bananenplantage). Die Wohnung war in einem sauberen Zustand und auch bei der Einrichtung gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Sollten wir noch einmal nach Puerto de la Cruz zurück kommen, beziehen wir das Apartment gerne wieder. Familie mit Kleinkind (9 Monate)

einfach ein Traum dort zu wohnen

der Blick auf das Meer einfach traumhaft, vor allem Abends haben wir die untergehende Sonne bei einem Glas Wein sehr genossen , das ganze Appartement ist lichtdurchflutet mit getrenntem Schlafzimmer, besonders angenehm wenn der Partner noch den schönen Fernseher mit allen Deutschen Programmen sehen will, funktionstüchtiges Badezimmer mit Dusche sogar mit Waschmaschine, eine gut ausgestattete Küche, da fehlts wirklich an nichts....extra Esstisch super bequemes Sofa (kann man sogar drauf schlafen) alles in allem tolle Lage des Hauses, zur Stadt ( 5 min. ) tolle Vermieter, die immer hilfsbereit sind, man fühlt sich rundum zufrieden.... und das will man ja in seinem Urlaub!!!!!! kommen wie die Jahre zuvor gerne wieder!!!!!!

Tolle Lage, gute Ausstattung & sehr angenehme Gastgeber

Wohnung und Terrasse entsprechen der Objektbeschreibung. Einfach super !!! Die Gastgeber sind unkompliziert und angenehm unaufdringlich, aber jederzeit ansprechbar und sehr um ihre Gäste bemüht. Der Blick auf das Meer auf den Teide und die Sonnenuntergänge sind großartig, das Schwimmbad, das man praktisch für sich allein hat, bietet angenehme Abkühlungen. Wir haben die ruhigen Abende genossen.Zum Baden schön gefallen, hat uns der beste Strand der Insel"Bollullo-Beach", der mit dem Auto ebenfalls recht schnell zu erreichen ist. Vor der Haustuer ist der Playa Jardin Strand, auch sehr schoen. Tolle Fischrestaurants!!! Wir danken dem Ehepaar Endler für den sehr schönen und abwechslungsreichen Urlaub, den wir bei ihnen verbringen durften!

Excelente ubicación. Es un complejo fantástico para disfrutar de unos dias de descanso. Muy buen mantenimiento de todas las instalaciones, todo muy cuidado. Apartamento estupendo, sin ningún problema. Bien amueblado, muy limpio y todo lo necesario. Excelente atención del profesional inmobiliario.

Schönes Appartement am Meer

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem Appartement. Die Einrichtung ist schön und zweckmäßig, das Badezimmer war wirklich geräumig, die eigene Waschmaschine war wirklich klasse. Der Gastgeber hat uns mit einer Flasche Rotwein und frischem Obst begrüßt und hat uns darüber hinaus überragende Tips für die schönsten Strände der Nordseite und sehr gute eher versteckte Restaurants geben. Tolle Gastfreundschaft! Der Poolbereich ist sehr schön, alles war absolut sauber und ordentlich. Das Meer liegt direkt vor der Haustür. Als einziges Manko liegt um die Ecke eine Bar die bis tief in die Nacht laute Musik spielt. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Großartige Ferienwohnung, super ausgestattet

Sehr saubere Wohnung, hervorragend ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Liebevolle Begrüßung (1 Flasche Sekt, 1 Flasche Mineralwasser), sehr gute Matratzen, Handtücher in ausreichender Menge und guter Qualität. Sehr gepflegte und gut gesicherte Anlage. Und sehr preiswert. Freundlicher, umsichtiger Vermieter mit perfekter Betreuung.

Schön und strandnah

Schöne Wohnung mit toller Dusche im Bad. Kurzer Weg zum schönen Strand. Wunderschöner Sonnenuntergangblick auf der Terrasse. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und uns gut erholt.
