We really liked that our Juanita suite had two king sized beds and each room had its own bathroom with shower. The place was very comfortable with a kitchen and dining room and air conditioning. It was clean and well cared for. There was a small shared pool that we took advantage of everyday we were there! Milko was a great host and answered all our questions and helped us with any problems we encountered. The staff in the office were very helpful too. The communication before we arrived was a bit sparse. That would be my only criticism.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Juanita # 3, a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath property. Everything inside was comfortable and well taken care of. Any little problems that we caused were taken care of immediately by Milko, the owner who lives next door. The 4 units shared the pool area but there were always enough chairs to use. Just 1 block to the beach and beach chairs available for your use. This place is located on the north part of town so very quiet. A nice 20 minute walk to the main restaurant area of town. But only 1 block from Unico Beach Club or Muses Greek restaurant which was very handy.

But it has been a wonderful experience that we all agreed we would love to repeat, for longer! The apartment was not only very comfortable, perfectly well equipped and we'll located, but it was also beautifully decorated. The kids also enjoyed the small pool. And the welcome and full tour of the accommodation but Property Manager Milko was very much appreciated.
