Everything was just Amazing. the staff was outstanding and anything you needed they can do it. Very clean rooms and hotel staff are always cleaning something. A lot of restaurants options and delicious. I’ll be back next year for sure. 5 stars all the way.

룸 컨디션은 정말 매우 좋았습니다. 저는 가장 새로 지어진 세 번째 건물, **벤투스 하(Ventus Ha)**의 28번 건물 1층에 묵었어요. 위치가 좋아서 이동하기도 매우 편했습니다. 제가 방향 감각이 정말 없는 편이라 처음엔 29번 건물과 30번 건물 사이에서만 계속 맴돌다가 28번 건물 찾느라 눈물 날 뻔했어요. 😅 그래도 걱정 마세요! 길을 잃었다고 직원분들에게 말하면 정말 친절하게 데려다줍니다. 음식은 정말 제 입맛에 딱 맞았어요. 가능하다면 거기서 설거지라도 해서 계속 먹고 살고 싶을 정도로요. 식구들 입맛이 다 달라서 이탈리안, 일식, 프렌치, 멕시칸, 조식·점심·저녁 뷔페, 룸서비스까지 다양하게 먹었는데요. 다들 각자 좋아하는 게 달라 평점도 제각각이었어요. 그만큼 선택지가 많으니 각자 입맛에 맞게 따로따로 식사하시고 가정의 평화를 찾으시길 바랍니다. 😆 리조트가 호텔존이 아닌 곳에 있어서 차를 타고 한참 올라가야 합니다. 그래서 한 번 들어가면 나오기 힘들겠다는 생각이 들었고, “안에서 즐길 건 다 즐기자!” 했는데도 다 못 해본 게 많아 아쉬웠어요. 수영장이나 극장에서 이벤트가 자주 열리고, 시간표는 엘리베이터 옆에 붙어 있어서 오며가며 확인할 수 있어요. 관심 있는 프로그램이 있다면 꼭 가보시길 추천합니다. 10대 아이들이 할 수 있는 게 많다고 해서 기대했는데, 저희 아이들은 결국 숙소에서 쉬거나 수영장에서 대부분의 시간을 보내며 즐겁게 있었어요. 다음에도 꼭 다시 가고 싶습니다. 아이들은 빼고요. 😜
언젠가 먹었던 조식. 빵과 음료, 커피 후식까지 맛있었어요.
저녁에 루프탑 바에서 한잔
바 앞에 수영장이 있는데 어두워서 그냥 비치체어에서 한잔 마셨어요.
호불호가 심했던 음식. 오징어 먹물요리 안좋아하시면 피하세요

We didn’t use any of the bars for alcohol but the kids ordered endless apple juice and we were always pleased with the service. Our room was regularly cleaned and our fridge was always stocked. We used the room service more than we’d like to admit and it was delicious every time.

We stayed at Ventus HA for 9 days. Great resort with lots of restaurants, clean rooms and nice pools. Easy to get around three hotels with golf carts service that they provide. The only thing that wasn’t as nice is the beach but for the price and quality of the food I’d say it totally worth it.

The property and staff is amazing. ALL the restaurants serve great food and each has its own vibe. Delores was our favorite with all the different stations they have. The pools were all great and the big hot tubs felt great to relax in. The adults only bar was very enjoyable. Our child loved the kids club and the kids club staff kept us well informed of the activities for the day.

The room smelled like mildew. It was an extremely confusing resort to get around. Poor signage and easy to get lost. The beach smelled like sulfur and the water was not blue. Terrible beach which broke my heart. Lovely pools and bars.

Pros: Friendly staff, beautiful resort, food at restaurants tastes amazing. Cons: No entertainment, no music, activities or food at the pools. You have to go to one of the restaurants or buffets even for a quick snack. The private pool access rooms at building 26 have mold & algae on outside walls by the pool area and room smelled moldy. The resort is in downtown Puerto Morelos, 30 min from Cancun. I wouldn't stay again, my stay was boring.

We really enjoyed our stay- it was clean, air conditioned in many areas, the bars, food, and amenities were great! The property is split in two - Ventus Ha on one side and Marina El Cod/Ventus on the other- they have golf carts to take people around but we never used them, the whole property s very walkable. The beach area is small, not a huge place and only a few chairs . We enjoyed the pool more- lots of space! There’s a free bike tour to puerto morales we enjoyed - the bikes are not like mountain bikes, so bear this in mind - you need to maneuver the bikes a lot. Highly recommend this resort!

The property as a whole is beautiful! This is the 3rd year that we have been to an El Cid resort and we will continue to do so. The rooms are outstanding and clean. The food is incredible. The staff is amazing and always helpful. You want for nothing while you’re on vacation. Truly a superb experience!
