The villa is nice. It is missing a few things that we struggled without. They should have a larger frying pan/ baking pan. Also need more trash bags in the unit. Coffee pot is very outdated. The landscaping of the Bella Sirena doesn't look as pretty as it did last year when we were here. Plants look like they are dieing and palm trees really need to be trimmed.
It was our first time staying at a villa in Bella Sirena and we definitely will be back! Everything is so close, youâre at the pools and beach within minutes! We appreciate how quickly the host responded to all of our requests and made the check in process easy. Highly recommended villa!
Outstanding location to beach and pools. The menu at the bar is actually pretty delicious. We spent three full days laying on the beach. Kitchen is large enough for group dinners. Did not use the hot tub.
Our recent stay at had its ups and downs. While the villa and resort were lovely (despite the roaches we encountered one night by the pool), we encountered several issues that impacted our overall experience. The villa itself was beautiful. However, we faced recurring problems with one of the toilets, which would work intermittently despite attempts to fix it. Ran into issues with the TV and the remote controls. The kitchen was not well-equipped, it lacked basic essentials like cooking oil and salt, which we had to purchase ourselves. Service was another area of concern. On our last day, we requested additional toilet paper, but despite assurances it would be delivered the next morning, it never arrived. In conclusion, while the villa and resort were very nice, the recurring issues and lack of essential supplies left us frustrated. We appreciated the efforts of the staff, but these shortcomings overshadowed what could have been a more enjoyable stay. For these reasons, we would not choose to stay here again.
We have stayed at three other Villas at this resort and this one was the worst. Villa Not well maintained at all. Evidence by broken barbecue grill, broken bed frame, broken master bathroom toilet, Main AC not working, remotes for TVs missing. No welcome letter or directions to operate TV. No direct or TV/ satilite TV in this unit. All HDMI outlets broken on main living room TV. No baking sheets, pot holders, Tupperware, dish towels . Very difficult to cook food for a large family at this villa. One positive was The maintenance crew for Bella Serena , they worked hard to fix some of the issues but the villa didnât cool down until the 2nd day.
We have nothing but great things to say about our stay. Our host was very quick to respond to every message that we had before the trip and throughout our stay. The villa was absolutely beautiful and clean. With the villas location, we had a short walk to the pool bar, resturaunt, pools, and beach. I would stay here again in the future.
We arrived at the property, Villa is in ok shape lots of things just not working or broken, only had 2 towels for each bathroom for the shower and the pool had to use the shower towels for the pool as well we washed them each day which was a bit of pain. Front door had issues with opening called management company and they came out within an hour to get the door open. Batteries went dead in the keypad. But it definitely needs a good deep cleaning, if I had to stay again I would definitely choose somewhere else. I really hate leaving bad reviews but it just wasnât up to par for what they are charging⊠also tons of bird droppings on the top deck and broken and non useable furniture. I also asked before I booked to make sure the hot tub was working and they rested assured they said it would be working. Tried to get to work and just kept saying error. They came out and filled it with water but wasnât turning on. Also the showers were really gross and didnât really work with pressure wise and the shower valve was leaking a good amount. For the price of this rental, I just donât see it. If I could recommend this to anyone I wouldnâtâŠ. Just wasnât that nice of a condo. Also they want you to sign a different contract when you are done booking with VRBO. Which is just odd since you already have conditions with VRBO when booking. Just wouldnât recommendâŠ..
This property had everything a family would need for a 4 day stay. It had laundry, beach chairs/umbrella, full kitchen with everything one may need to make gourmet meals, spa that worked, outdoor shower to wash off sand, bathrooms and showers that had water temp control, a/c unit that worked perfect and TVs in every room with internet, a viewing deck to see the ocean and not to mention grand hallways and ceilings with high end decor. The ground level location was very prime. A walkout to two different pools (one with a bar/ one without) within 50 yards. Beach access was only a football field away. Bar restaurant will delivery food to the villa. Argueable the best family island vibes resort in Puerto Penasco . Highly recommend.
We are so happy with our stay. The management t team was very responsive for any requests. It was beautiful and perfect for 2 families! We will definitely stay again!
The Villa was clean and great location, however there was no manual procedure on how to turn on the jacuzzi. I notified the property manager that same day we arrived and he didnât get back to me until the following morning with instructions. We finally turned it on and the water wouldnât heat up (we followed the instructions given to us via email). I again notified the manager and he said that he would said a maintenance person over asap. I waited 2 hours and he never showed up. So I reached out to the property manager stating that no one has come to fix it to. His reply was that he was not aware that they didnât come out. After his research, he tells me that HOA does not allow anyone from out source to come and fix it after 5:00pm. Shouldnât he have known that?
Now, this is day 2 and we cannot use the jacuzzi since the water temperature is too cold.
The ceiling fan in the master bedroom and living room made a rattling loud sound that was annoying. We had to turn it off. The bathroom shower drain next to the queen side bedroom would get plugged up. The living room was pitch dark since the 3 light bulbs in the ceiling fan had burnt out. Also, 1 of the ceiling fans outside was missing a blade and when we turned it on it was making a wobbly noise that we had to turn off. The 2 patio lights in the back didnât turn on either due to the light bulbs burnt out. It is the responsibility of the Property Managers job to check the entire Villa inside and outside before renting it out. I felt that I spent most of my time communicating with the property manager of all the issues and was distracted of all the things that didnât work. On Saturday at 2:30pm a maintenance guy shows up and fixed the shower drain and replaced the light bulbs. He said he would be back that same evening to check the jacuzzi since he was not familiar with it. He never came back nor was I ever contacted that he was not returning!
We paid a good amount to rent it and was very disappointed.
The condo was in great condition and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the unit had everything we needed for a long weekend. The owner was very responsive when it came to a lock issue with the garage and had the problem resolved immediately. Would highly recommend staying here.
